The person at the register obviously didn’t want to be there, and was super quiet and not friendly. I get it, some days work just sucks. But it really felt like an inconvenience for her, and she also mumbled.
Second issue, definitely more annoying and something that apparently no Starbucks can master: I specifically said “Please, do not heat up the brownie. I do not want the brownie warm.”
They did it anyway. This happens at every Starbucks, every time, which is super annoying.
I will say the drinks were made accurately, and tasted great. So hence the three stars, not lower.
