Absolutely terrible the guy that took my order did great but I checked in with 2 young ladies they were not friendly or welcoming the drive thru was decently quick but I was literally first car next to drive thru window & the girl walked with my entire order down the line of cars then brought my food back to me my chicken sandwich was dry as ever Mac & cheese was gross absolutely not I would rather drive to whitestown IN for better food & service

I was really skeptical about going since everything in Kokomo doesn’t last long. But the service was amazing. The food was outstanding. I went up to the front counter to get a refill and the gentleman remembered my name from my order.
We love eating Chick-Fil-A out of town. So I was super impressed. For it being so busy, they did a fantastic job. 10/10

I went the day after the grand opening. The line wasn’t super long but it also wasn’t short. The service was fast, easy and reliable. Very impressed with the workers and their professionalism and kindness. 10/10 recommend!!

I am so happy that Chick Fil A has FINALLY come to the city of Kokomo…
Went over there on their first day (02/19/26)… Got there in time for breakfast. Breakfast was amazing. Got in and out of there in a timely fashion and the food is delicious!
My only negative thoughts on this is why they didn’t come to Kokomo sooner!
Will definitely be coming back!

Stopped by the new Chick-fil-A and had a great experience! For being brand new, they already have everything running smoothly. The line moved quickly, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious.

When there on grand opening at around 11:30am, the line was stretched out down 31, I thought I was going to be stuck there forever but they got me in and out within 15 mins I was so impressed and everyone was so nice and knowledgeable.

The Kokomo restaurant did not disappoint. The young lady, June, who waited on us did so with care and courtesy.
Honestly, I’ve not been a fan of the food, but today we had grandchildren with us who wanted to try breakfast.
I ate the egg white muffin with a real egg instead of just the goo. It was actually delicious. The hash brown bites were good too. The coffee was just, meh, but drinkable.
Over all it was a great experience with friendly people.
