This place is pretty terrible. I have been here quite a few times as its technically connected to paragon theaters. I have eaten from here more than 5 times and every single time the host looks confused. I ALWAYS get greeted with “Uh…Hi…uh…Welcome to Neo Kitchen and Bar….” Are they sure they are in the right place and know where they work? The food takes sooooo long to come out from the kitchen. 25 -35 minutes for a burger in fries when the only people in there are 3 people at the bar and a couple who has already been served is a bit alarming to me. They get a 2 because the matinee burger and fries is amazing. I am not really a burger kind of person, but I was thoroughly impressed with the taste and presentation. However, the customer service is terrible and the wait is way too long. Having said that, it has been almost a year since I have eaten there. Maybe I will try it again someday and update my review but for now a 2 star rating is what I give them.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We walked in here and the place was dead. Only one person at the bar and two servers behind the bar. So the front desk had a sign that said “Place all orders at the bar”. So myself & my husband walk over to the bar with our orders already in mind. We stood at the bar for at least 10 minutes. Both servers walked by us 7 to 8 times. Never made eye contact or greeted us. They were just having casual conversation with themselves. Horrible customer service. We finally got the attention of a Cinemark worker and he got the attention of the server who said ” Oh I was just making a drink”, which I actually watched him pour alcohol into during one of the times he walked past us. He acted like he did nothing wrong. Will not be eating here again.

Tater tot nachos (& chip nachos) are so good. Their chicken wings and French fries were also good. The bar service is quick and friendly. The best part is you can take all this into your movie. Or just sit and enjoy a meal in the sports bar atmosphere (there are plenty of tables for groups as well) for they have big TVs to watch the game or fights.

Today was my first visit back since I had subpar food there about a year ago. The bartender was courteous and prompt in taking my order. Unfortunately it took more than 25 minutes for a matinee burger and truffle fries. When I got the order, the fries were plain, and I had to send it back to the kitchen. Instead of fresh fries, they simply added truffle oil and parmesan to the now luke-warm plain fries. After I got the theatre and began eating, I discovered no cheese on my burger. (Didn’t want to miss part of the movie taking it back). Too much money for what I was served. I’ll just go to My Pi next time.

The service was just awful. Me and my friend wanted to grab a nice dinner tonight and figured we’d give it a shot. We were seated immediately by the kind host. Things went barreling downhill from there. We were brought our drinks and waited TWENTY MINUTES to have our orders taken. Follow that up with waiting for THIRTY MORE MINUTES for the food. And the food was eh, mediocre. And WAAAAY overpriced. Rice was dry. Fish was good, but not enough sauce. Massive plates with tiny portions. And getting our check was an entirely different story.
THREE people walked out swearing under theirs breaths about the awful service in the duration of our 1 hour and 45 minute meal. The couple next to us waited 20 minutes to even get drinks. The worst of it? There are waitresses and employees just wandering around. They won’t take orders from people unless they are at their “section” and will literally tell you that.
All in all, I hated it. I will never go back to that location, or any other Neo for that matter. I highly recommend no one waste their time at this location, unless you’re willing to overpay for mediocre and over-priced food and absolutely terrible service.

757 special was awesome. I had a shrimp plate. My husband had the $3 matinee burger. I got a caesar salad on the side. The caesar dressing was awesome, very flavorful. The lady working the bar was nice and we enjoyed our lunch. 🙂

This place is terrible. I blame a lot of it on our waiter. He didn’t know the beer on draft. They were also out of everything (it was a Friday night and you’re out of a lot of your beers?) It took forever for our beer to show up. Then it took forever for our waiter to take out order. And even longer for our food to show up. We ordered nachos and a grilled chicken wrap to share. It took so long we asked about the nachos and our waiter said “oh let me check”. He then brought them out and you could tell they had been sitting under a warming lamp for quite some time. We finished our nachos and finally our chicken wrap came out. It was very sloppy and fell apart. We also never got appetizer plates or a second plate since we were sharing. We just had to both hover over 1 plate. This whole ordeal (beer, nachos, and a chicken wrap) took over an hour. Neo, work on training your staff!

I wanted to give zero stars but I couldn’t! The service was awful, we waited a less than 10 minutes for our waitress to come. Once she arrived to the table, we ordered our meal and proceeded to order listed desserts from the menu. The waitress then told us that they no longer serve two desserts listed on the menu. I ordered the shrimp & chips with a side of blue cheese coleslaw. Guess what……. They were completely out of blue cheese coleslaw. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Ordered, crab cake sandwiches they were absolutely raw.The cook had not even attempt to cook them .Saw a late movie went to return the food the. restaurant was closed.
Called them the next day their calls are routed to the theater have not spoken with a manager to speak to the quality of food service this is day 2 .
