I had the pleasure of being helped by Damian at Panda Express, and I just have to say he went above and beyond! His customer service was truly excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. It’s not every day you experience service like that. Damian made my visit enjoyable, and I really appreciate his positive attitude and professionalism. Panda Express is lucky to have him!

♥️Panda Express and have for years now, this is my 4th time trying it in the Texas area over the last few years. This location is good, the server in drive through was friendly and here are me & my husband’s order- 2 bigger plate meals, one with rice and one with chow mein along with 2 egg roll- it seemed a little burnt but still was good. Dinner was delicious and very filling We also got 2 large Hi-C drinks to complete the meal. I still had food leftover because I got full. Overall, great quality food & the portions + sauces are very liberal. Will definitely go again.

This is an absolute joke. Whole container of nothing but rice. Barely any beef or broccoli and charged me $20 for a damn bowl! I will dispute the charge with my bank, file a BBB complaint. I will never eat here again

Terrible food and service. Today (Wed Nov 19, 2025), I arrived at 11:15 am. Went inside to order three bowl items. Half of the menu items serving bowls were clean from not being filled or used this morning, and most of the other menu items serving bowls were either empty or near empty. I had to wait for the server to get off his cell phone to take my order. They had to cook an order of string bean chicken breast for me. The kung pao chicken looked and tasted like it was left over from the day before. And there was no grilled teriyaki chicken, so I had to take something else for the third item. The chow mein noodles were cold and chewy like it was left over from the day before. This is the second similar bad experience I’ve had at this same store location.

This is the view of their food line at 8:40pm on a Friday night. We waited in the drive thru line before having to come in due to their young staff’s rude behavior at the window. After waiting in line maybe 20 minutes, we were told they were out of rice. RICE?! This isn’t a rare occurrence for this location either. We come on plenty occasions, day or night, and they are out of something! We can understand that restaurants run out of stuff that’s reality. But what’s horrible about this place is their customer service. People work hard for their money to spend and try to enjoy a quick and easy dinner. Basic customer service skills and empathy is lacked by their staff. To me that’s worse than no food inventory because at that point I honestly don’t want or trust you to prepare my food. A lot of people in the Sunnyvale/Mesquite area were so excited about this locations opening. It’s truly sad that it turned into a disappointment of an establishment like this. They are definitely losing business by the day. They also closed their doors before their official closing time of 9:30pm. I’m guessing to get an earlier start on their nights. Special thanks to Jeremiah and Chloe (sp.?) for the awful customer service and carelessness they displayed for the Panda Express brand. It should be basic common sense to not laugh in a customer’s face while their expressing a concern. Sadly common sense isn’t so common.

I had such a great experience at Panda Express thanks to Oliver! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. He took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and handled everything with such professionalism and a smile. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond in customer service these days, but Oliver truly did. He made my visit smooth and enjoyable, and I left impressed not just with the food, but with the service.

Had to wait over 35 minutes to receive our food after being told it would only take 10 minutes. Then finally receiving our food and missing some of our order. It was a bowl with super greens and teriyaki chicken I went in didn’t fuss just let them know someone said to give them just a little bit I did I seen them throw veggies on to the pan not even a minute later gave me my bowl went to go eat it and the vegetables were completely raw. Absolutely annoyed went to voice my concern to the manager I wasn’t rude about it asked just to be refunded for my bowl. No apologies or attempt to make it right. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Also, my daughter’s kids meal was just simply thrown together.

Everyone was very nice but the food was horrific. Especially what was supposed to be chicken teriyaki. It was mushy and had a horrible bland taste. It ruined everything. My son got the same meal and he had the same impression. We had to throw it away. Please fix it.
