It was 24.97 for a ride. Idk why stats show 10-20. I cant imagine it being as low as 10. Sounds lovely and a fantasy because lowest i might have ever seen it was $18 or 19? Idk how they math it all but i hope Uber does better over time cuz anybody could make a company and take the competition with cheaper prices. But again idk how they math it all.

1 Star: I deleted my old review because of how unprofessional this place is. The staff acts like high schoolers literally laughing in my face and arguing with me when I brought up a mistake on my order. Even looking at how the owner reacts to other people’s concerns on here with a emoji shows they are just mocking customers. The food was inedible and the attitude was worse. They clearly do not care so save your money and go somewhere that actually respects their customers.

As a family of 4, the way we were treated in the drive-thru today was awful. After every item, the speaker replied with “is that it?”. When getting to the window, he said “wow, thats a lot of food”. OBVIOUSLY its not for one person (as they were all meals with different drinks). For someone who gets paid minimum wage, for a company that makes BILLIONS, you should be grateful that we were too busy to make lunch ourselves.

Last time I checked this was a fast food place. I was waiting for my Big Mac and quarter pounder for over 25 mins. I only have a 30
Min lunch break. What make you guys so special where I have to wait longer. Also I noticed that 95% of the closing crew are kids. I’m sorry let’s get some adults working with common sense. I used to work at a McDonalds. This is wild. It’s either get a new crew or just shut down easy as that.

(Kiel Location) The workers in the drive thru handing out the food lately don’t even communicate or even say Hi. Then they forgot the toys in the Happy Meals.

The dinner time crew is always worse than the morning/lunch crew here..
I’m assuming different managers during those times.
Ordered kids meals for me kids and there was like 4 fry’s in the box, they were cold, soggy and over salted.. they night time crew is very unfriendly and rude.
Good thing I ordered a large fry for them to share as well. But those were just as cold and gross.
I don’t stop at this location very often anymore since our orders are always wrong or we don’t receive everything. My husband got breakfast from here 3 times and they always forgot the hash brown for the meal.

Ordered on the app. When I got home I realized with the exception of the fries, the rest of the order wasn’t even close to correct. The tag that was on the bag was my order, so I’m mystified as to how it was so wrong. I drove back( nobody was answering the phone). Explained it to 3 different employees. The last one said he would get me the correct order. I asked if he could get me fresh fries since the other ones were already cold, he said he would. I got my food and stopped in a nearby parking lot to check. The sandwiches were now correct, but he put the old fries back in the bag.

will absolutely ruin your mcflurry by loading it with so many m&ms that the ice cream will be fully melted by the time you get it and every single bite is nothing but an entire mouth full of m&ms.

Came in after a 12hrs shift of being outside all day I ordered my food around 6:30 came at a reasonable speed but when i parked to eat I Opened my big Mac to find this I’m extremely annoyed with this and I hope those responsible get treated as they should

The staff here are so kind, and they never mess up my order. I just wish that they actually opened at 5:00 as advertised. They’re in a great location for morning snacks and cups of coffee, definitely a missed opportunity.
