I love hamburgers and honestly, this place deserves all 5 stars – hands down the best burger in town! They even bring your order right to your seat, which is such a nice touch. Drinks are simple and convenient since they serve canned soda right behind the kiosk, so you just grab one after ordering.

I usually go for the double patties, and their classic burger is unbeatable. This time I added avocado and it was delicious. We also tried the truffle garlic fries, which were amazing too. Highly recommend if you’re craving a great burger spot!

I’ve been to more burger spots than I can count, and for me, this one’s the best. I’ve brought friends who don’t totally agree — some say the fries are soggy, others think it’s overpriced — but everyone’s got a small complaint about something. Maybe it’s just my taste, but this place always hits.
I’ll be honest, I don’t love coming here. Parking’s suck, and the interior could use some work. But the food? Always consistent. Sure, it’s a bit pricey, but I don’t mind paying for a proper burger. The fries are decent, but the double burger never misses.
I usually keep it simple and stick to the basics, though the chicken’s solid too. Overall, this spot’s earned my respect — I’ll vouch for it any day. Just don’t come here expecting cheap

LOVE the burgers ! they don’t make me feel tired or gross after eating. The only thing i have a problem with is their team. they seem to have a young team which is cool i work at a coffee shop with young people too, but they do not like their customers. they rushed us to order when it was our first time there which was really unpleasant. When we werent ordering fast enough for the girl at the register, she took someone else without letting us know.. okay. every time ive been back nothing has changed so i stopped eating inside and started picking up. I get its supposed to be some “hole in the wall” but please treat your customers better. Lets see if the hackensack location has better customer service!!

The problem I have is not the people who assist customers. As a matter of fact, they are great people. However, almost every single time, I would say 9 out of 10 times, I get fries that look to be a few days or even weeks old. They look burned. They are not edible. They look like you would get cancer from eating them. They are dark brown in color, and excessively crunchy. I dont even think my dog would eat them. Such a damn shame on Martys for doing this. They probably retain all left over fries and constantly fry them over and over again. Terrible practice

Been going to Marty’s for years now. I would say they were my go to spot for burgers. They had the three things I love in a burger, rare with crispy bacon and a runny over easy egg. Sometime during the summer a young lady was taking my order and I said make sure the burger is as raw as possible. She replied with well it’s a smash burger so it can’t really be rare. My wife and daughter looked at me knowing the main reason I come here is for a rare burger. I say to the server but I have always ordered a burger rare, she said let me see what can be done. That was the last time I got rare burger at Marty’s. Been there 6 or 7 times since and just like every other burger place that puts quickness of cooking over customers preferences. No more burgers cooked to your liking. So if you like a rare burger you can skip Marty’s where they put ease of cooking over a customer’s preferences. I guess anyone can dry out a smash patty but only the best place can cook a burger rare!

If anyone knows of a place that cooks a rare burger with crispy bacon and a runny egg please let me know?

MILKSHAKES, POUTINE FRIES, BANANA PUDDING= AMAZING. Came here for a late lunch and decided to try a couple items on the menu. We first got the griddle hot dog with sauerkraut and onions; it was good but nothing special; they put too much ketchup for my liking (6.5/10). Also got the hamburger, cheeseburger and The BBQ burger. The meat on all burgers were thin, but still juicy..super good! (8.5/10) We got the poutine fries and regular fries. The gravy was amazing, very flavorful especially with the added cheese curds. Finished one order and had to get another. (9/10) We did get a side of the house sauce (basically mayo) for $0.75 which I also thought was a bit much, should at least come for free as a dipping sauce for the fries. We each got our own milkshakes, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry and WOW. Thick and creamy so good but for $6 it was a very small cup and straw was too thin it wasn’t easy to drink because of the thickness. But, flavor wise no complaints. (9.5/10) For dessert we ended with the banana pudding and again WOW. It was so good, had a lot of bananas and cookies, I would say definitely even say it was up there with Magnolia Bakery. (9.5/10)

When you walk in appearance is not the greatest, it doesn’t make me excited to want to eat inside. There were items everywhere, napkins weren’t available in the dispensers on the table, but all could be fixed in the future hopefully. They had self-checkout iPads which I love so I was able to explore the menu and order instead of being confused at the register for our first time. They also brought our food to the table which was nice.

In the end if you’re in the mood for a burger and looking for a quick bite to eat I would give this place a try!

Marty’s has become my go to place anytime I’m in the mood for a cheeseburger. I Discovered this place about a year ago along side a friend of mine and just simply fell in love with the place and the quality of food. Their beef really does taste like meat, unlike those other places where they claim to use quality products but have that fake, hard to describe taste to their meat patties. The one’s i like to call “franken-meat”. You get none of that with Marty’s. they use nothing but fresh, high quality stuff. Their fries are always fresh and hot and never frozen, unlike the other places. Yeah I’m looking at you Wendy’s. Would I recommend this place? Sure! but Only if you want to eat at the BEST Burger spot in New Jersey. 10/10

Marty’s consistently delivers high-quality food that often exceeds expectations for fast food compared to other local alternatives. It held a collaboration with a nearby school in its area for a fundraiser, and this school community has students who frequent this place. The staff are always more than friendly and the atmosphere feels like somewhere you’d sit in and dine rather than eat quickly and leave. Marty’s is sometimes known for its premium, but the price always matches the quality you’d expect. I have had a chicken sandwich, single-patty hamburger, milkshakes, glass bottle cola, and fries many times over, even sometimes including avocado as a topping for the different burger options. Marty’s variety and quality never fails to deliver.
