Good pizza for what it is.

– Classic Pepperoni Pizza: About your standard Little Caesars pizza. There was a bit too much sauce, but that is typical. I worked at a pizza restaurant and when things get crazy, you just dip the ladle and not level it out completely. The coverage on most everything was good, but the one pictured had a bare spot without pepperoni toward the back. The other two were mainly fine, so just a fluke?

– Service: The order pick up machine was not working and labeled that it was not working. I had to ask for my pizzas at the front counter (I ordered through the app).

I am not sure if the one helping me was new. It seemed like it. He circled the store three times looking for something (my third pizza?) while holding two of my three pizzas. High turnover rate is common in fast food, so I am going to overlook this. I got my pizzas fine after all. HA HA!

– Atmosphere: Small little building dedicated to Little Caesars. Some locations are a part of a strip mall or something, but this was a nice change. They have a drive thru, which I did not use. This could be useful?

– Conclusion: I like this location and wish it wasn’t as far away from me, but I am glad I went out of my way to change things up.

Visited Wednesday at 6pm.

We came for Hot and Ready Pizza (which, let’s be honest is why anyone goes to Little Cesars). When the window opened, the girl just said “what’s good?” Seriously? We told her we wanted a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. She looked behind her and said “I think we don’t have any.” My husband just looked at her blankly and said “okay?” And she shut the window.

I’m laughing but also crying at how low the bar is. It’s on the floor.

Why is every pack of Crazy Bread burnt and barely covered in the goods? Like how hard is it to make them? And how do you bag them and not realize the darkened color and crisp feeling of the breadstick? Like waste of money every single time I’ve visited the last few months.

Consistently great work by the staff at this location.
They’re often under staffed, so they could probably use a raise.
A par above the rest of the Little Caesars in Grand Rapids.
Excellent communication between staff and customers.

This place is ridiculous me and girlfriend went to this location about a month ago, we wanted a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple the first time we got the pizza it was incorrect after waiting 45 mins with barely anyone there. we proceeded to go back and tell them the order we received was incorrect we got the correct pizza and and again was incorrect went back and there was a issue about a refund then finally got the correct pizza two hours later.. great! appetite gone. we decided we’re not gonna go there for awhile . we decided to come back yesterday and ordered the same thing, they got the pizza wrong again and we decided were weren’t gonna waste our time and just eat the pizza a couple hours later me and her got food poisoning , throwing up for hours with severe stomach pain the only thing we ate was that pizza. absolutely ridiculous will never come here again.

REDEEMED!!! (Previously 2 star post)
I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped me on the phone, but I had placed an online pickup order only to discover I had a flat tire, so I called. He so sweetly cancelled my order and let me know I could place it online to get it delivered which I did (my son loves LC). Upon delivery I discovered he put a NOTE on my pizza that said sorry about your tire! So thoughtful!!! ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! Thank you kind soul!!!

It’s such a shame that one person can ruin things for everyone else.
I called to place an order because I wanted to pay in cash. I was told it would be ready in 10. I wait 10, show up and was informed it would be another 5-7. No big deal, it’s busy. 20 minutes go by of me listening to the girl at the counter scream at everyone else, “I CAN HELP WHO’S NEXT”. She never even bothered to look for my order in between customers and slathering the crazy bread. Finally, a gentleman came to give pizza to the woman who came in after me and ordered IN THE STORE, saw I was still pizzaless, and grabbed my pizza for me which had been sitting there for who knows how long. The pizza was good, but that girl sucks. Was trying to grab a quick pizza- not the case!!!

Usually this location is great. Last time, not so much. Pizza was meh. The crazy sauce (ordered with bread) was barely enough to cover the bottom of the container. Will try again and hope to catch them on a better day.

I will not be returning. I was a frequent customer but this place has gone down hill. My most recent experience was when I sat at the drive through for 15 minutes with nobody coming to the window. I proceeded to park and go inside and there are at least 10 people waiting to be served and not one person is acknowledged. There was at least five people working so they could have at least said be with you in a minute. This place needs better management and some training in customer service. They serve pizzas that you can tell have been sitting for awhile. Basically they just dont care. I will take my business elsewhere

Gave us a pizza that they must’ve found behind the freezer when the place first opened….
All jokes aside it had no sauce, lukewarm, smelled like old beer and just tasted good awful lol. I mean look at that and the crust, what a shame used to get decent cheap pizza….
