Pretty good ramen! The ramen options are half the page and the add ons are the whole other, so be prepared to add on some cost to your bowl. The ramen itself was good, the broth was super flavorful. Our server was so kind! She made recommendations that were too notch and was incredibly friendly and attentive

Wife and I were looking for a new ramen place because our go to just wasn’t cutting it. We came here and have been back every time the mood strikes for ramen. In fact, we moved to Loveland and make the drive every time even though our old go to was on Harmony.

The food is absolutely GENIUS level yummy!!! Love the Chicken fried rice and Tonkotsu Ramen. The service from Sam was so good, had to ask for her name! The chef, Dave, stays close to the authenticity of Japanese food! Have been there twice and will go back again and again!!! PS, the dumplings are pretty damned amazing as well!!!

We don’t eat pork or shellfish(shrimp) but are not on a kosher diet. Anyway, we ordered our pasta and rice dishes with chicken. We think there was cross-contamination because we had upset stomachs afterwards.
Rice dish was delicious, soy broth noodle dish was ok.
Our waitress was great.
The atmosphere would be better if they didn’t have cringey anime showing on the TV screens.

My first time here, and the service was very friendly. The ramen and chicken rice came in big portions (I couldn’t finish the rice), but they kindly gave us a box to take it home. Draft beer is $5, and food is around $25 per person. Highly recommended!

Our waitress here was lovely and the atmosphere and the decor were really fun too. (They were even playing some Pokemon and Naruto on the TVs lol).
Unfortunately, I can’t say as many great things about the food. Everything we had, three of the shoyu vegetable ramens and the salmon fried rice, were incredibly salty. We added shrimp to the ramen and the shrimp was so so salty. I also added the spicy miso, but, for us, it wasn’t all that spicy. Other than that there was a great portion of vegetables, the noodles were cooked well, and the broth was pretty decent.
As for the fried rice, wasn’t a very large portion of salmon and overall it tasted flat and pretty much just like soy sauce and nothing else.
I had high hopes for this place, but the food fell pretty flat. Compared to other ramen options in the area, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’ve run a ramen spot in the past, they shamelessly use packet noodles and broth concentrates.
No flavor to their tonkotsu whatsoever. Service was good, but food was awful. I could whip up a better dish from H Mart packets than they serve here as a “meal”.

Overall, the food itself was solid, and the ramen was delicious. The broth was very nice and had a good flavor to it.
My girlfriend and I came here with our 2 friends. We got 2 orders of Tonkatsu spicy ramen and 2 cocktails, and the total came to $73, which is insanely expensive. This is the only reason this place isn’t getting 5 stars. Almost $75 for lunch with 2 drinks is ridiculous. The food was good but the price was not.

I love ramen, have made tonkotsu ramen from scratch and had it in Japan here and there. This is great ramen. The marinated soft boiled egg was great, the chashu pork was some of the best I’ve had. Broth was good, not insane. Overall super solid.
Here’s my small nitpicks:
– a bit undersalted to me…adding a dash of soy sauce to the broth balanced things out
– a few of the things I’d expect to be standard in a bowl of tonkotsu ramen were add-ons here, chashu pork, seaweed, and the boiled egg for instance. Egg was an extra $2, pork chashu was +$4.
– kind of pricey! I wouldn’t expect a bowl of ramen to get above $25. Despite the time that goes into making the broth, the tare, the aromatic oil base, it’s not a fancy dish but the price mirrors many entry level fine dining prices. Maybe it’s just downtown Fort Collins prices in keeping a storefront open but to me, ramen is a humble, deeply tasty quick lunch or dinner and the price just seemed high.
In all I’d absolutely come back but in my imagination I’m helping them workshop this in the kitchen a bit.
