Got the old food that’s been sitting out. 2 large orders of potato wedges and they were only half full, and hard as a brick, and maybe only 6 in there, but under those 6 wedges were fries. A spicy chicken sandwich that was a regular chicken sandwich with a dab of hot sauce on both sides. $26 for fast food that was absolute garbage. The damn dog wouldn’t even eat a potato wedge. Do better! People don’t want old left over trash.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while since I was passing by and had not been to KFC in ages. The place was not busy at all. There was no one in the dining area, and only a few cars in the drive through. I was quickly greeted at the counter and put bin my order for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo. No one asked me if I was doing take out or what, so I suppose I should not have been surprised when someone yelled out an order number and threw a take out bag on the counter and disappeared.
I was the only one there, so I took the bag and looked in. Sandwich box and Fries. Must be mine. Drink machine was behind me so I helped myself and I sat down. Unwrapping the sandwich revealed a sodden mess (See picture). Apparently what makes this sandwich “spicy” is that they dip the fried patty in some sort of oily substance. In my case the person who did it managed to coat the top of the bun as well. tasting it, all I tasted was oil no spice.
The patty was crunchy. The pickles were crunchy. The fries were tasty. That elevated the rating to a three star rating.

Food at times is inedible. This last time was the worst. So bad that it would more than likely get someone sick or worse. The chicken was so old it had become beef jerky and the coating could be used as a brick. The pot pie also had a spoiled taste. It got better for a while but clearly back to when it was like this before.

My parents 3 piece boxes both looked shriveled and so tiny it probably wouldn’t even satisfy a 10 year old. To add insult to injury, the chicken piece they put in my sandwich had bones in it, who puts a piece with the bones in a sandwich? Needless to say this was not worth the $25 I was charged. Unfortunately couldn’t check the food till I got home since I went through the drive thru. You’re better off going to the KFC in Washington.

The GM manger was there he worked there since he was 16. Knows all the menus and discounts and best service. Kentucky fried Chicken just right. Plenty of of seating and clean family friendly!

I got 12 soft and 12 hard tacos, there was so much grease in the bottom of the bag that you couldn’t tell the difference between the soft and hard tacos. I couldn’t tell if the wrapper was a soft shell or a wrapper there was so much grease. Absolute garbage. When they told me my total was $54 I should have just drove away then.

This Kentucky Fried Chicken is rundown and dirty. Management here is terrible and has no clue! The staff here is polite and works well. The booth seats are cracked and torn. The inside is dirty, dining area floor had food and debris everywhere, and lights are out above the booths. Bathrooms were dinghy and needed mopped. Unsanitary conditions everywhere a customer is allowed imagine what the unseen areas look like. The outside lights were not even turned on. How does KFC allow such gross conditions?? AHD will be notified!!

This location ruins the prestigious KFC brand and their attempt to compete in the lucrative chicken sammich market by putting subpar portions of delicious spicy sauce on their flagship product. Also I waited for literally 45 minutes to recieve this sandwich, I would expect at least an adequate volume of sauce. 5/7, a perfect score.

When I place an order that’s a 4pc deal, the app says it’s ready. But I was almost waiting for 15 minutes and then when asked they asked me to wait for a few more minutes saying we were on it.
Then, when it was done they didn’t place the order on a pickup shelf, instead when asked one woman told me that someone will come and hand it over.
Fully disappointed with the service.
