I had a really disappointing experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. My order showed an estimated delivery time, but the food didn’t arrive until almost 2 hours late, which is completely unacceptable. By the time it finally showed up, everything was cold. To make it worse, my sandwich was put together terribly — it literally came with only one slice of bread, like they forgot the top half. It looked sloppy and rushed, and definitely not worth the money I paid. On top of that, they forgot my ranch, which I paid extra for.
Long wait, cold food, missing items, and careless preparation. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered 3 different wing meals and was told ready by 6 pm. got there 5 minutes early and the wings was COLD along with the FRIES.
to look forward to hot food is supposed to be standard when paying 50.00 for 26 wings.
Needless to say if El paso can open a GOOD WING PLACE it will take ALL the business.

I don’t understand, a store that strictly to-go you would think they would have a system in place to knock out all orders. What’s mind boggling is that they had orders sitting out for 45 mins to an hour and then decided to use the cold food to fulfill new orders…..in what world is that okay? Fresh hot food not cold food that’s been sitting out for a while. Ridiculous not ordering from here again.
