Excellent food and service. This restaurant is hidden away at the site of the former Mules Corral. Everything here, from the salad dressing to dessert is made in-house by the chef. Although a little pricey, it is definitely worth trying.

The food was really good. However, the portions were rather small considering the high price. Our service was also very slow. We had a new waitress who perhaps could of had some more training. I like the idea of this new restaurant in town, but most people here can’t afford those prices, considering is town is its mostly the middle class. Good luck to you

Wonderful food; near world class! I had the crab ravioli, handmade, and my wife, a 6 oz fillet. As good as both entrees were (and they were excellent!) The sides were incredible! Roasted candy-striped beets and squash. A great fall treat. The prices may seem a bit high but they are very much in line with this level and quality. You’d pay substantially more in a large city and still not receive this dining experience. Kudos!

We made the 30 minute drive up from just south of Toledo, to try this restaurant, based on all the positive reviews. We were not disappointed.
The exterior is not much to look at, and while the interior has a bit of a rustic decor, the food and services were nothing short of excellent.
Our server, from start to finish, was very attentive, and bent over backwards service wise, to make sure everything was perfect. The owner also stopped by on a couple occasions, to also check to be sure everything was just right.
The food was all fantastic. We ordered a filet, and the grouper. Both perfect, and the sauce on the grouper exploded with flavor. Even the sides – the veggies, where memorable. I can’t remember the last time I remembered the veggies from a meal. All items are fresh, and this sure made a difference. Sauces are also made from scratch.
The portions were generous, and thus we had to pass on dessert. We each had a drink, appetizer, and entree, and the total bill was just over $70. I would have gladly paid much more.
I look forward to trying it again soon, and plan to recommend it to my friends.

We went to Sage last night for the first time, but it certainly won’t be our last. I had the Scallops, my husband had the Steak. The food was fabulous! The taste was simply phanonemal , presentation was beautiful, service was exceptional! The prices were fair, quality generous, and quality that is extremely hard to find. The whole dining experience can be summed up as Amazing!

Lucky you got one star. Most tasteless food. My steak was good but all of the rest of our food was terrible. Wife ordered a steak medium rare as always. Came out rare to raw was cold. We asked to get money back cause it made her nauseous. Sent back her soup and steak and sides. Manager came out and was a jerk also talked down to us and also made us feel uncomfortable. He went to talk to owner when he came back and charged us for the steak and also DID NOT bring steak back (as if would take it). I work very hard for my money n Beth’s steak was 26 bucks. I would recommend not go here. Taco Bell serves better steaks and much better customers service.

This place is a gem, it’s got a great atmosphere and good value for what you get. The bone in ribeye was perfectly cooked. The smashed red skin potatoes were a perfect complement and the French onion soup was the second best I’ve ever had.

My husband and I dined here last week and were very taken by this gem. My husband had stead, I had crab legs. The very best we have ever had. We sent my son and his girlfriend there and they were just as happy with the food. It is not a place that you can go every week. It is pricey but you get what you pay for in this instance. The decor is not fancy but the most important thing they have exactly right. The Chef.

Probably top 5 restaurant in Toledo. I love this place , everything is done extremely well. You can tell the chef takes pride in the food that is prepared. Lobster bisque is best I’ve ever had. And all the deserts are ridiculously good. Can’t recommend high enough.

My husband & I went to Sage for our 42 anniversary and we were not disappointed. The food was very good. The service was also very good and prompt. The creme brûlée was excellent. The manager came over to our table to wish us a happy anniversary and took the creme brûlée off our bill for our anniversary. I will definitely go back and will tell our friends to go there for a great meal!
