Placed a large order for a party 6 hours before the pickup time. Got there and told it wasn’t made yet. Inquired why and she said they were busy.
There is no excuse for that. Ended up waiting 25 more minutes. Also, very hard to communicate as no one there spoke good English. Certainly would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the worst chicken sandwich I have ever attempted to eat. It looked perfect – large, crispy and a soft bun. Far from it! It absolutely oozed grease. I took three bites and had a grease slick on my lips and tongue. It tasted old. I promptly tossed it in the closet trash can and decided it wasn’t worth the effort to drive back to the store to complain. I will simply vote with my feet.

I don’t get tired of saying that Eldesburg Popoyes location is the best. I have to cross many Popyes before coming here and I don’t stop by any others because I feel like this is the best one. I love how clean is this location and how good customer service they have. If you planing to stop by I recommend they have very good food quality. Amazing experience every time I come by.

This Popeyes location is much better than the one that’s actually closer to where I live lol. The people are so nice and I got my food fast. It was hot and very fresh! Will definitely be coming back again! So happy I finally got to try the Ghost Pepper wings!! They weren’t as spicy as I was hoping, but still really good (I love super spicy lol)

Popeyes in Eldersburg needs to be shut down. Visibly angry workers in the drive through, food came cold and tasted funny. Forgot half my order in the drive through, when I came back they wanted more money for it. Would not recommend.

I just went inside to the order for the first time and it’s SPOTLESS inside! The bathroom is the cleanest public restroom I’ve seen in years. The people who work in here are extremely nice too.

Didn’t get our order right with the spicy chicken sandwich (seemed almost grilled not even crispy) , spicy tenders (didn’t get spicy) and forgot another item (mashed potatoes) and waited 10 minutes through the drive through. Also asked for a sauce which was not provided. Not going here again. 2/10

I usually love Popeyes. But Eldersburg people don’t shop here, unless you wanna have the people in the drive through get snappy with you because they forgot your red beans and rice which we went back for didn’t notice they also forgot a fry which I didn’t notice till I got home, didn’t mix our frozen lemonade taste is off, the consistency is off, they didn’t give us forks or spoons then accused us of already having the item when we had to come back through the drive through didn’t just don’t come here.

Dude I go to this popeyes all the time and food is fine drive thru is dine but i have the same problem everytime where they just do not give me the sauce I ask for. I dont like writing negative reviews but this time i had enough. After getting about $25 worth of food I asked about 3 different times for blackened ranch sauce, even checked the bag before I drove off, didnt see any in there, continued to ask again for the blackened ranch, then the worker continues to tell me a bold-faced LIE and assured me twice with an annoyed expression that he did put the sauce in the bag. I wouldnt care as much but this has got to be the 4th or 5th time this has happened specifically at this location. 2 of those times were like this, being lied straight to my face.
