Sadly, this location has significantly dropped in quality and service. We visit every time we cross the border and really looked forward to the stop after several hours of driving to get to it. Despite being one of the more expensive burger spots, we always paid the premium because of the quality and consistency of the food. Regrettably, both poutines we ordered were made with sub-par fries that were all super short and hard like they were taken from the bottom of the fryer from the last order. The gravy was awful. My burger patty was hard and burnt on the edges, thin and too small for my COLD bun and the mustard ratio was so high I coughed through the whole experience. Lastly the $8 cookies and cream milkshake was watery and gross, we couldn’t even drink more than a few sips. These ladies were confused and slow! They made us wait 25 minutes for this disappointing food with no warning of wait time prior to placing the order. They stapled the bags shut so we didn’t even really know what we were walking away with so if you choose to eat here, check everything before you walk out. This food costed way too much for there to be this many problems with it. To the management: I would like to be contacted regarding this experience and discuss how this waste of my money will be addressed.

When asked about their patties, they had no clue as to what ingredients were made in their patties. And told me that yes, there was wheat, in fact, in their patties. But they served gluten, free burger buns. When it comes to allergens, they should know very well. What ingredients are and what products? Customer service was terrible, looked at me like they had no idea when I asked them a question. Out of gluten free bus so offers me a lettuce wrap, preceded to gu e me almost an entire head of lettuce with my burger! And was given the wrong burger cover with jalapeños when I specifically stated none! And then refused to give me money back when I refused to eat the giant salad they gave me. When I refused to leave, had to call the manager to fix it. Disappointed.

Pathetic customer service and inexperience staff. Bad food quality, expired and cold buns ruined by burger experience. Worst form of French fries ever eaten. Pictures say it all. Don’t bother wasting your hard earned money.

I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were really good, I like the seasoning and the crispy breading. However the fries left a lot to be desired. They were mostly little nubs, some were really hard/stale, while others were just okay, but none were good. The gravy was thin and salty, but not the worst I’ve had. I also got an Oreo milkshake and it definitely wasn’t worth the price. The food is way too expensive to just be okay. Also, it took almost 30 minutes to get the food when I was the only one in the restaurant. On the plus side, I think the vibe of the restaurant is nice.

I had a really good cheeseburger and poutine here. Burger was juicy, toppings were fresh and the bun was soft and held together nicely. Fries were delicious and gravy was excellent with tons of stringy cheese. The guys working here were friendly and helped me right away. Had to wait a couple minutes for my food because it’s made to order but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Have been here twice and have just not enjoyed the food either time. Both times there is an issue with timing on the burger and fries, so you get a hot burger with cold fries or vice versa, but most disappointing is that the burgers don’t taste seasoned. The first visit was close to the opening of the store where we gave the benefit of the doubt, but the second time as well it is like eating plain ground beef on a bun, no seasoning, no binding to help with moisture, it’s just ground beef with nothing to enhance the taste. We ordered from Uber eats as well recently since there was a buy 1 get 1 offer but the food took over 50 minutes to come and the 2 cold cans of pop were put into the same bag as the fries, so the fries were extremely cold once they got to us. Hope to see improvement in this restaurant and will try it again further into the future once there have hopefully been improvements made.

This is a great burger spot. Tasty quality offerings, friendly staff who are good with special requests and good deals on UberEats as of the time of this posting. Highly recommend the chocolate milkshake, and fries are good as well! Tornado fries are meh not as thick as the pictures and the wait time for delivery lately has been not so great during the hours of 4-9 pm.

Went there for the first time, the price displayed on the dashboard and the real price on the bill was different, asked why it was so, the staff said the dashboard price was old price. Also the price of the combo for burger, fries and a drink and the price for just burger and a side dish of jalapeño poppers was same. Didn’t understand how that combo worked. Why would a combo and a non combo be the same price? Also, the veggie burger was the beyond meat burger, is it the same? The patty was definitely not the vegetable patty. I could not eat a single bite of that. Thanks for the refund though. However, needs to update the dashboard asap.

Burger factory was very good. Food was fresh, loved that the fries are fresh cut. Chicken tenders were also very good. Disappointed we couldn’t try the burger since due to a sesame allergy and the only option for buns are sesame buns. Service was good but disappointing that they only allow the combo option if you order a burger. Was also a bit frustrating that they don’t have descriptions of what are on the burgers as you can’t see it well from the menu photos. Overall it was good.

The bathroom is filthy! The toilet is caked in urine and I can imagine faeces too. You can’t sit down without sitting in someone else’s urine. The sink and mirror look like they haven’t been sanitized in ages, this is horrible considering this is where you clean your hands (I’m questioning the cooks’ hands at this point). The door when you walk in has hand prints all over it. The tables needed to be wiped down. If their establishment is this filthy, I can only imagine what their kitchen and cookware are like.
I decided, hey, let’s give the food a chance, maybe I’m being harsh. I order a crispy chicken combo with fries and a milkshake. $21.97 for one person. I sit for 5 minutes, then the lady comes out to me and said, “sorry, I forgot we don’t have crispy chicken anymore. Can I make you something else?” I say no, I want a refund. She takes me to the register and tries to convince me again if I want something else. I repeat myself that I don’t, I want a refund. She has to call the manager to refund me and they give me cash when I used my card. Overall, extremely bad experience and HORRIBLE cleanliness. Might as well be a biohazard.
