Absolutely stellar service today—got ‘parked’ in the drive-thru like I was in timeout, waited over 10 minutes, and was finally rewarded with a stone-cold Quarter Pounder with Cheese that had clearly been lounging on the counter longer than I was in the parking spot. Nothing says ‘fresh, hot, and fast’ quite like refrigerated beef and congealed cheese. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who enjoys culinary suspense and temperature roulette.

I visited this location a few times the afternoon service here is million times better than the 6pm on time. The staff during the day were extremely polite attentive and helpful. The late night staff are the complete opposite. They gave me a hard time last night with using my rewards points. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food at the register.

Constantly messing up my orders. Cant count the amount of times thats ive lost money because they wont refund u unless u drive back. Well if i wanted to put my kid bsck in the car and drive there i would be getting the food that they messed up. One time it happened 3x on the same order

This location will get your order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! Ordering through the drive thru is always a challenge. They either rush you through ordering and you are unable to verify your order is correct on the screen or they will incorrectly put your order in and it’s so hard to get them to correct it, there is no crazy additions or substitutions to any orders I’ve placed. If the order is actually placed correctly, they will either leave items out of your order or give you a completely different order. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!! There is never an except to this location doing their job correctly.

Normally I let these things go. It’s McDonalds so you can’t expect perfect service every time but today I’m less than impressed.
Ordered a large coffee and got handed a cup that was easily an inch and a half from the top. Handed it back and asked her to top it off. Rather than pour 2 ounces of coffee in the cup, she made a new coffee and this is what I got (probably a few mm more full). I was asked to pull into a spot to wait for a Sausage McMuffin and a Sausage McGriddle for my son. 5 minutes later they came out.
Got home and luckily my son’s order was right, but mine was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.
This McDonalds has a reputation in town for sucking but today was special…

I don’t go there much. I’m not into fast food, but I do like the Egg McMuffin. Saying that, I wouldn’t buy one again because of the price. They had buy one and get another for a dollar. It was over seven bucks!

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s off and on for years, back when the kids were little, this used to be one of our go-to spots for a quick bite. But wow, it’s changed a lot… and honestly, not in a good way.
I don’t know if it’s just me, but it doesn’t taste the same. Even the fries, which used to be a guilty pleasure, were kind of blah. What really got me, though, was how slow everything was. For a fast food place, it took forever to get my order. I had to repeat myself multiple times, five to be exact, because the staff just weren’t listening. I get that people are busy, but it felt like they didn’t care. Long lines, inattentive workers, and no sense of urgency.
I’m giving it three stars because it’s still McDonald’s, it’ll do in a pinch, but it’s definitely not the place it used to be.

Food, service, and speed were all good. I’ve been to this McDonald’s a lot and it’s always pretty’s consistently good. The only issue I had was when using the bathroom I noticed the divide between urinals is barely hanging on the wall and about to fall off. Big safety hazard as the whole thing sways back and forth and could fall and seriously injure somebody. Other than that bathroom was actually clean and so was the whole place. Please fix the divider and I will change the review
