Cozy coffee shops with seating all over. I was worried when we walked in because we had a group of 11 but we found adequate seating in the loft. The staff was friendly and the food was good! The menu had a bit of everything and their pastries looked delicious. I had the carmel maple cinnamon roll and it was scrumptious!

For me the best place to eat in New Glarus. The music,atmosphere and presentation have been well designed to enhance the dining experience. The cinnamon rolls and pancakes are great. Sitting at the bar you can watch the cook prepare everything. Other places in New Glarus are toted as must visits but for me this place is the best.

Mat Cat coffee is so good. Our fav place to go in the mornings while staying in New Glarus! We don’t know about the food but it looked delish and all home made. Next time we are saving ourselves to order breakfast there. We will be back!

I ordered a ham and cheese bagel on everything bagel and a mocha. The mocha was very hot, which is unusual in coffee shops. They tend to be in somewhat warm but never hot so I loved it! The sandwich was wonderful and not lacking and ingredients whatsoever I would definitely visit here again.

Everything was super good! We had mango and strawberry smoothies, avocado toast, the harvest benedict and a cherry pie. All super delicious! The service was excellent as well. People are super friendly and nice. We will be coming back!

The atmosphere and decor were incredible. I really wanted to like this place based on how precious it looks. But the staff is inexperienced. For example, they allowed us to order the benedict meal even though they were out of hollandaise sauce. We didn’t find out until after they prepared the meal. Food was just okay.
