By far the WORST location in this area. I have tried multiple times to give it the benefit of the doubt but today solidified for me that I will never be returning. I placed an online order for one drink and a 50 count munchkin for my students. I placed this order 15 minutes before I arrived at the location. When I got there, nothing was ready even though there was no business. Not one employee offered to help me after standing there for a while so I asked an employee when the order would be ready. She made my drink but then proceeded to tell me they only have 4 types of munchkins. At that point I was late to work and just wanted to get my stuff and go. They placed the “50” munchkins in two separate containers and I left. When I got to work to open them, I noticed one of the containers did not have the 25 munchkins as promised. Picture will be attached. Extremely poor service and an embarrassment of an establishment. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the one on E colonial.

I just have to said Brendan did an amazing job his interactions with the kidds where so amazing mose places saturday nigth are tired this is the 2 time that we come in a Saturday nigth and his energy makes us come back store very Clean and alots of options to choose come here bring the kiddos

this location was very rude and extremely unprofessional. i asked for a sangria refresher with lemonade and green tea (which i have done in other dunkin locations) and instead of being polite with her response, the worker said” its one or the other” and i explained that i was confused because i have done it before in other dunkin locations and they always did it with no problem. She continued to be rude and said “well in here you can only do one” very dry and in a rude manner.

This location used to be very professional and make the best coffee. I was familiar with almost all the regular staff. However, lately they have not been performing great since the transition with new employees. Their attitudes are horrible and the coffee was extremely bad and they didn’t care to fix it. Sad to say, I won’t be back. DO BETTER.

So I ordered a cold brew with milk shot of espresso and vanilla with cold foam. All I got was cold brew with a shot of espresso. I’ve been trying to give this Dunkin a chance because they did get new management, but it’s the same old crap I don’t know how you can be miserable working at a coffee shop get you some caffeine and yeah and be happy.

This location has the slowest employees. I ordered a caramel ice coffee with cream sugar and cold foam and they didn’t have cold foam and my daughter tried to order a manganodo and they said they don’t make those at that location but test still has it up on the menu. They still ended up giving us the wrong coffee they gave us a French vanilla ice coffee and told us they didn’t have large straws so my daughter had to go inside and get my correct drink and they did have large straws in the dining in area. Needs faster employees and better service for sure.
