Ordered delivery. Door dash delivered. The pizzas were terrible. Not enough sauce. There were a lot of bubbles on the pizza which means it wasn’t prepped and cooked right. Yhey weren’t cut through all the way. I had to cut them myself. The crazy sauce for the crazy bread was cold…
The door dasher didnt bring the 2 2liters we ordered. When we called the store they told us they couldn’t give us a refund or have anything delivered to us. They told us we could pick em up, but that kind of defeats the purpose of ordering delivery doesnt it? The person on the phone said this happens a lot. So… if it happens a lot you would think the store would do a better job of making sure the dasher has everything before they leave right? Instead of just passing the blame right? Now im sitting here with cold bubbled pizza and cold crazy sauce and bread sticks. And no drinks….
Not ordering again. Take responsibility manager. Dont just pass the blame and make us fix our problem….

Sadly the worst LC experience ever, first time using this location. Started off with our delivery driver not bringing our drinks, she didn’t deal English so trying to communicate was hard so she left. Called the store, they can’t resend them and can’t refund them. We can only go in and get them… whatever.. the pizza wasn’t cut. The square pan pizza was practically dry, like you can see the dough between the pepperonis, barely any sauce or cheese on it. Also the crazy sauce was cold.. like fresh from the fridge cold. Terrible location… do not use!

Don’t ever order to have your pizza from Little Caesars delivered because they’re going to have doordash pick up your food and you never get it. Jordyn issued me a refund but I’m so pissed. Had I known they was going to use doordash to deliver my pizza I would have never had it delivered because I never received a doordash is crap. So don’t ever select delivery Little Caesars app because you’ll never get your pizza.

paid $10 in delivery fees so that we could get our order delivered to us and our order showed up an hour after we ordered it without the drink we ordered. we called to see if they could send one out to us and they said we could go get it. they also refused to give us a partial refund for the missing items. very disappointing and will not be ordering from them again.

Fast and friendly – love this location because if you order ahead it’s always ready when the app says. If you order in shop, you wait maybe 10 min.

I would rate much higher if they would make sure the delivery drivers received the sodas we order.
I called the store and was polite and asked the manager if they could make sure we are receiving our sodas when we order. 80% of the time I pay for a 2 liter and do not get it or the brownies I order for my kids. Tonight was no different. The manager said to write in the notes to tell the driver not to forget stuff. I do feel it’s the responsibility of the staff to make sure customers get what they pay for. I ran three Subway restaurants and have dealt with drivers so I get it. But ultimately good service is making sure your customers get what they pay for instead of blame shifting onto the drivers and even the customer. I was partially blamed for this tonight. Very rude manager who talks over you and lacks accountability. He did not even offer me the option to pick up our sodas. Do better.
