Roshell B is incredible. I just walked in on a moments notice and gave her $100 order with tons of food and watching her run her team, as a business owner I had to tell her I was proud of her. It’s incredibly tough nowadays to get faced with a big task and be able to pull everybody together Even though they have a bad attitude about it and turn it all around and positive and make it happen. I hope KFC knows what kind of manager they have here. They don’t need to let her go.

This place is an absolute joke. The service is trash, they claim to have all your food in the bag. WRONG, and then they sit there and argue with you about it and then get an attitude when you show them they are wrong. Also they don’t have a phone number. I’m guessing it’s because they don’t want to hear how crappy the service is and all their mistakes. Whoever is in charge should really do better. But based on the horrendous reviews and how far they go back it probably won’t happen.

Atoka location of taco bell/kfc has very rude people. My daughter choked and threw up everywhere and they were laughing and being very rude about how they were contaminated because it “touched them” when it was no where near them. Not to mention they were vaping in the building which is contaminating as well and the chicken was very hard and dry.

Just went to get lunch on my break from work, went thru drive thru with my husband and the girl with long braids is very rude and I said thank you a few times. She handed me my food and I said thank you and she turned around and closed the window. If people didn’t order food you wouldn’t have a job, so show some respect and speak to your customers

KFC closes at 10pm so be aware.
I had to get Taco Bell instead. Food was no good nacho fries was soggy and salty. If Taco Bell stays open until 2am you should keep fresh fries!! Get it together

Never freaking fails for drive thru orders.
Ask if the order is all there and “yes sir I checked myself” but when you get home no damn gravy fo the mashed potatoes etc.

How are you going to tell me just a moment at the drive through, and then get snappy with me after I wait nearly 15 minutes and you haven’t said anything to me until I say something about someone cutting around the entire line?
Every time I’ve been here it’s gotten more and more expensive for the same substandard quality. This is also the only restaurant I have been to where I have actively witnessed two employees try to fight in the kitchen.
Seriously, avoid. Spent the time you would wait in the drive thru driving to Millington for a better overall experience.
