I have no clue how this Bojangles is still in business with service and food like this. You can go there any day of the week anytime of day and it will be like this. If you go to the drive-thru and order one thing they will begin saying is that it is that it is that it is that it is that it. Knowing good and well that is going to aggravate the customer and then they’re going to top it off with some disgusting food in a smug attitude. How the hell are they still in business? What kind of people go to a restaurant and eat stuff like this on a daily basis and have no problem with it? If you’re struggling with having faith in humanity, please do not go to this Bojangles. I wish that you didn’t have to give one star to give a review because I would give this zero stars. Everyone that works in that establishment should be ashamed of themselves . There is nobody in there that cares whatsoever about their job or serving good food.

Drive Thru. Ordered breakfast biscuits, BoBerries, & tender meal all with teas. There was a bit of a wait, staff was friendly, I did have to remind them I was short a drink & after I drove off I discovered we were short a fry. Overall food was good, but for some reason some teas tasted more watered down/less sweet than others.

I had to wait over 45 minutes for my mobile order after the staff told me they didn’t have a mobile order. They addressed other people who had arrived after me, even after I had provided proof of the order and the time on the order. After checking the order multiple times they still provided the wrong fries. The drink machine was out of multiple drinks the root beer sprayed everywhere causing a big mess.
I believe this location is also severely understaffed, contributing to the issues I faced today. Bojangles corporate, please help these folks out.

Quick stop on our way from the beach. I got my usual chicken strips/ cajun fries with hiney mustard sauce anf of course, sweet potato pies! I ate everything else so fast, so there no pic, but here is the pie! Good and quick service! Monroe, NC

Now listen up people let me tell you something if you want a good biscuit and you want good coffee go to the Bojangles by the hospital not the one up there by the mall by the hospital I’m telling you something good Service good food you can’t beat place to eat there in Monroe tell them Harold sent you It’s just like any other place. Check your bag before you pull off. Of course it can be slow at times when you don’t have enough help to help you pack the bags of course it will be slow but think about it this way at least your food is gonna taste good. Listen people they give it their best. It might be slow at times but sometimes this fast they really do a good job of getting you out of here but hey, you know how that is you sell so many biscuits you have to cook more and sometimes you have to wait. Wouldn’t you rather have a hot biscuit then a cold biscuit What you need to do is just allow yourself time to get there just in case you have to wait I don’t know why people try to put down the restaurant just because you cannot get out in time like you want to. They do the best that they can for the public and you all should give them more credit than what you do, those young black girls worked their self to death to try and serve you all and people don’t even give them recognition for what they do the same crew has been there for years. You may have a few new people, but they are friendly. They make you laugh in the morning times if you come in there with a attitude, even though somebody else could’ve made you man they’re just fun just give him a try and after you give them a try give a review and let them know that you’re thinking about

The white lady that’s managing is rude. We turned around because they forgot our ice tea, the proceeded to forget the straw and yells BYE! With an attitude even though she wasn’t at the window when we first rode through. We used manners when talking to the workers so the attitude was for no reason.
