My second time at this Starbucks, it’s the closest to my daughters apartment. When I visit, I leave way before anyone wakes for coffee. The service is amazing, especially for a coffee shop. My go-to spot in the neighborhood! The staff here at the Osceola Polk Line Rd. in the Four Corners location are always friendly and the service is usually pretty fast, even during the morning rush. My order is almost always correct. It gets a bit crowded on weekends, but that’s expected. A reliable spot for a caffeine fix. I like how clean it’s always kept – great care

My experience today at 4:45pm was disappointing. The employee at the drive‑thru didn’t listen to my order, made mistakes on the board, and then acted annoyed when I tried to address it. By the time I reached the window, she wouldn’t let me explain and responded with attitude and a raised voice. A customer is not someone to take your frustration out on. She needs proper training.

My favorite Starbucks EVER! I will drive out of my way to specifically go to this location anytime. The baristas are always the absolute sweetest people ever and my drink is ALWAYS good from here. Today I went and they were going out of their way to see if anyone sitting with their laptops or waiting for their pickups wanted water or refills which I felt was so sweet. They also always write little cute messages on the cup that, while silly, make my day. 🙂
