Quality brisket, and you can see them cut and shave the meat right as it comes off the smoker. Price is definitely on the high side.

We love Wilson’s Orchard and go every year which is why we were excited about the smokehouse addition. However, we were extremely disappointed in the food. The brisket was dry, the beans were undercooked, and their sweet BBQ sauce tasted like ketchup. It was also a bit pricey for how much food we got. Save your money and skip the smokehouse. Instead spend it on apples and the bakery.

I ordered smoked chicken and cornbread with a side of Mac & Cheese. The smoked chicken was really good. I will defiantly go back for that. The cornbread was just ok. The Mac and Cheese was not good. There was very little cheese flavor. Also, the noodles were mushy/over cooked. I love Wilson’s in general but those sides need some work.

The “Feed The Family” meal is where it’s at! We got an extra couple sides as well (for safe measure) and ended up with PLENTY of food . The homemade Pimiento cheese spread was very tasty! It was easily the thickest sliced brisket in town – hands down! Suggestion to Wilson’s: You consider adding some burnt ends from the brisket into your mid-grade Mac n cheese might be a game changer!
Ps. As usual also purchased a pumpkin, 3 slushies, a dozen apples and six pack of hard cider. Thanks Wilson’s you guys are killing it!

extremely overpriced. brisket sandwich was dry and bland, Pulled pork was not so neat, cole slaw tastes like pure pepper, mac has no cheese. Love Wilson’s, but the smokehouse isn’t it.
