Great spot to stop for coffee, and if you have time to sit and sip, it’s great for that too. Love the ambiance of the interior. They also have a bunch of cool nic-nacs that make cute gifts; so if you enjoy browsing, this is a good opportunity. Drinks came out quickly. My gf and I loved our oat milk lattes.

We moved to Windsor, NC. We had to go to Edonton and while there get some lunch. It’s hard to find a place to eat free styling from a car. So we pulled over on Broad Street. Because of the snow not everything was open. We asked a local where can we get a simple soup and sandwich. She quickly said Edonton Coffee House.
It was a wonderful surprise. Cute store, huge menu for coffee and sandwiches. I had the chicken Salad wrap, my girlfriend had potato soup. We ordered coffee, they had all kinds. The staff were like church folk, super nice. But the food, it was very very good! I just got out of the hospital haven’t had a decent meal in a week. This food was so fresh and well assembled and so good for me to I could tell it was healthy. We made many comments how good tasting the food and soup was to each other while we ate. I think we paid $24 bucks for two. We will be back!

Edenton coffee shop is amazing, with Coffee and croissants that are out of this world in an absolutely beautiful town of Edenton. It looks like a beach town in a Hallmark movie. It has beautiful shops on main street. I would highly recommend a visit to this cute little town.

This shop is much larger inside than you’d expect, plenty of space to meet your friends for a coffee or work out of without being in the way! Theyve got pastries and cookies and other sweet treats, along with local goodies. We tried ‘Emily’s favorite’ from their stand up board of employee drinks, and it was a great choice! The coffee was really good.

This is the cutest coffee shop ever! There are plenty of souvenirs and decorative items to choose from. They also have bakery items and many coffee inspired drinks. My hazelnut latte was absolutely perfect! I just wish this sweet spot in the middle of the cutest downtown area offered better customer service. I did NOT feel welcomed! That part was extremely disappointing!!

I have placed several online orders. This is my first store visit. Arrived around 10:30a on a Saturday. Placed was packed. Constant customer traffic for next hour. Excetional staff. Processed orders quickly. Very low wait time. Ordered a strawberry lemonade Lotus drink, Decaf Earl Grey with oatmilk and lavender syrup, apple fritter, and cinnamon sugar donuts. Service was exceptional. Loved our visit. Great coffee and donuts!

Ordered two pumpkin spiced lattes and they tasted like straight coffee grinds. When I specifically ask for a flavor I’m expecting to taste the flavor I ordered. Tried to drink it as they were $14 which isn’t even including the nice tip I left. Ended up throwing them away after a few minutes of having them.

This is a wonderful little coffee shop, cafe, and gift shop combo. The lattes were very good with a wide variety of flavor options. The breakfast sandwiches were served hot and were very tasty! The place is cute and eclectic with local artisanal goods like crafts, food items, and souvenirs.

I just moved here and have come a few times. I couldn’t understand why the only coffee shop in the downtown waterfront could have such poor customer service. I thought maybe it’s just been a bad time of day when I’ve come in or maybe the employees were just having a bad day. I came Saturday December 27th specifically to get something to eat because my sister was here from Colorado. I didn’t realize their grill stopped at 11:00 AM. I was in a long line at 10:40 AM. When the customer before me ordered, I heard a woman holler from the back, this is the last order…without even looking at the line. It was 10:55 and I asked the girl at the register if they were serious about not taking anymore orders because it was 10:55 AM. She answered back very rudely “I don’t make the rules.” You would think that when they shut down the grill that they would look and take into consideration the customers that have been waiting in line for a long time and accommodate accordingly. I was the last person in line and it was 10:55 but the cashier was not aware of her surroundings or the customers and didn’t TRY to accommodate. What a disappointing experience for such a cute place. Now that the Kraken Coffeehouse has opened across the street, I won’t ever come here again. The Kraken Coffeehouse has the best customer service and delicious unique offerings.

The coziest spot in Edenton! We truly enjoy every experience at The Coffee House! Everyone that works there is so caring and kind. They are welcoming and willing to answer questions and explain drink options!! (There is absolutely something for everyone!!)

They also have the cutest gift shop and decor for each season and they involve the community every chance they get- from fun, featured drinks to pumpkin decorating competitions!! SO FUN!
