I’ve been going to the Deerfield Beach location for the past twenty years. I live in the Cove section of Deerfield Beach. We went there last night and had the Joe’s meals deal and ordered a full order of ribs. We got the ribs I had one and my girlfriend had one. And we looked at each other and said these ribs were dry has can be. So I said to Kelly the bartender please take these back and credit my bill. So the manager came over and questioned us about the ribs. And I explained how they were very dry. So instead of taking it off my bill they nickel and dime. Charge me for the salad and rolls in which we didn’t have any rolls. If these managers had any respect for their customers. Flanigans wouldn’t have all these bad reviews and there’s about 80% of their reviews are bad. The two managers Mateo and Sarah accused me of eating half the ribs in which that wasn’t the case. So at that point my Boston temper kicked in and I chewed them out big time. And now they barred me and my girlfriend from going there over the bad dried ribs they tried serving us. Stay away from Flanigans they’re just a glorified MacDonald’s with lousy service lousy management and lousy food

My first time eating at Flanagan’s. I’d heard to much about them that I thought it’d be good. It’s Sysco/US Foods frozen crap. Everything tasted like institutional food. Worse than the food was the service. Everything feels forced and rushed. STOP trying to get me in and out so you can turn the table more times. For the love of God, let me relax and eat. It felt like the server was trying to sell me a time share with all the marketing and promotions they do. Serve fresh food, not frozen and stop harassing the customers.

They did have a nice aquarium.

Bartender Taylor at the commercial east location by far one of the worst, unprofessional, rude Bartender. Asked her a question regarding a price on wine and she responded with a nasty attitude! That’s not how you treat your customers that spend money there on a regular. If she’s so unhappy doing her job, perhaps she needs to find another job or not work behind the bar!

Stay away from the Deerfield Beach location. They served food with cockroaches in their food. They should be investigated by the board of health. Stay away from Flanigan’s it’s a dirty restaurant who doesn’t care about their customers

Good evening, I visited your location this evening in Pompano Beach and as soon as I sat at the bar. I was told not to be served and I didn’t know for what reason. When I arrived home this evening I called the bar to try and confirm why and the manager told me that he was just exercising his right to refuse service but I feel that it was an abuse of right and or power and blatant discrimination to poor innocent customers who never broke any rules.His name was James and then he just hung up the phone. I think this is wrong and unprofessional for management to do this
I did finish an orange juice for 4.27 with a 2 dollar tip and exited the building..

I have never stiffed a waitress until today. This is the and fourth time in a row that this restaurant has given me messed up or burnt food. Today I ordered a well done burger and I got a rare Burger with shredded cheese that wasn’t even melted. I got the wrong side. Then they offered to heat it up again. Then the manager said he would take it off the check then he came back and didn’t take it off the check he changed his mind. The waitress was not helpful she didn’t own up to her mistake she never refilled my drink it was just an overall terrible experience and I think I’ve had enough

,busy for a monday .The hostess was rushing around trying to help clear tables. was a forty five minute weight for each party.She never missed a beat at her own station. She kept her coal the whole time with everybody saying, how much longer?How much longer?
The waitrss was efficient, helpful, quick, smiling.You could tell it had been a long day.But still served with a smile and checked on us a few times you need to pay these girls more money.!!!! 4 stars out of 5 due to lack of staff. It’s not fair to those that are on staff .

After calling in to order my buffalo chicken stickers over the phone , once I arrived i was told by the host to look through my food make sure it’s good, happy I did I noticed I was given dry regular breaded tenders no sauce. I asked where is the buffalo sauce she stated it’s on the side. Ok WHY so when I asked to have it tossed she returned with hot sauce dumped all over the box. The presentation was alone was very disgusting. I asked for a remake. They did remake my food but the service was disgusting. Don’t recommend this location.

Attempted to dine at Pinecrest Flanigan’s. Never received food we ordered, food that did come out was cold and stale. Charlotte the manager never took responsibility. She told me she would “comp” the items we did not receive. How insane! I guess she does not know what comping is? You can’t “comp” an item that the customer never received, it is simply taking it off the bill.
I never did get my appetizers or entree and when I complained, I was asked to lower my voice and leave the restaurant.
Quick summary:
Went to Flanigan’s with out of town family
Ordered food
4 out of 7 entrees showed up (cold and stale)
I never received my meal after asking 3 separate times for it. At the end they never even acknowledged that I NEVER got my food
Was charged for all items, ( yeah, the ones I never got) until I had them removed/ it did take two attempts to actually get ALL items we did not receive off the bill.
When I complained, the waiter stood over me and told me I should be glad I get to spend time with my family. I stood up and told him to back off and get out of my face! The manager then came over and told me I was no longer welcome at their restaurant.
I guess if I wanted to go order dinner, not get it, still get charged for it and then told to be quiet, leave and never come back, I Would have to do that somewhere else?
