Tried this location out tonight for the first time and was so impressed by the staff and food quality ♥️ like are you kidding? Look at this lovely bowl! I think the photo speaks for itself. Yes it took a few mins in the drive-through but lets be honest, its a BRAND NEW location and they were EXTREMELY busy, yet they still were so nice and efficient with service. I think sometimes people leaving bad reviews forget we are humans, not robots. They did an amazing job all around and the gal in the drive through tonight was so so kind. We will absolutely be returning! P.S. if you want authentic Mexican food and some bomb quesabirria’s you still have free will to go to Panchos and a Chipotle going in next store isnt going to make a difference when they are completely two different styles of Mexican food, real foodies know this

Previous reviews mentioned staff that were not responsive. I did find 2 male staffers that fit that description. The women were very friendly & attentive. The food was not the best. Barely warm. Portion sizes were plenty. The queso was disgusting. It was congealed with a strong flour taste. After paying $4.40 it had to be thrown out. I will be going to Brito’s Buritos going forward!

Second time I’ve ordered from this location and burritos are still TINY. This is supposed to have extra white rice?
The quesadilla I ordered had fajitas on the side and no salsa…The other location puts the fajitas in the quesadilla. I’m convinced this location is full of newbies. Each online order has been 15-20 minutes late as well.
What I loved the most was your tall white male employee working the to go line on Saturday “wow they go so many sauces” for our two orders of guac and one queso. YOU FORGOT MY SALSA!

I was initially excited to have this location so close to us, but the experience was disappointing. The taste was noticeably different from what I’ve come to expect, having tried this niche product in multiple locations around the country.
Two major concerns stood out. First, the staff appeared careless with hygiene. Second, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking.
Sincere advice: address staffing, training, and cleanliness issues promptly before the brand risks reputational damage.

Hard to believe it’s falling apart this soon after opening. I am the only person in here with 8 employees and not a single clean table and trash overflowing and all over the floors. Employees were nice and the burrito was ok but the management needs to get on top of these basic sanitary issues.

As any new place opens, you’d expect growing pains. My first bowl or two here was not perfect, but injad tried them a day right after they opened. Its been a few weeks, and I had a bowl last night, and it was amazing! The gentlemen who helped me eas so kind, and did let me know if could have fresh fajita veggies, and the cook had them ready. Chicken was perfect! As time goes on, I anticipate they should get better, although they were excellent last night in both food and customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience. The food was unbearably salty and completely inedible. The staff were some of the most incompetent employees I’ve ever encountered at any Chipotle location. One worker didn’t even know what a medium soda was, and another claimed they don’t serve burrito tortillas — while actively making my burrito. Completely unacceptable service and zero professionalism.

I did a mobile order and picked it up at the pickup window. They had my food ready to go when I got there and the lady that was working the window was very nice! The food itself was good but they messed up both my order and my husbands. This could be a real issue if it were to happen to someone with food allergies.
I paid for double rice & double chicken on both bowls and the bowls looked half full. My husband’s bowl barely had any rice and he was missing some toppings. Then mine had toppings I didn’t have on my order. I gave 2 stars because the worker was nice and the food was ready at the pickup time. I would’ve given 1 star for the order being completely wrong and not getting what I paid for. I know this is a new location so I will probably try it again and see how it goes.

Been to this location 4 times and only was able to eat there one time. Two times they lacked the proper ingredients to create an entree, like how don’t you have white rice? The third time they were taking mobile orders only for some reason. And the only time I ate there (my second visit) it was actually quite good, thus the 2 star rating instead of 1. Customer service lacks because if you tell them you won’t be dining with them due to lack of ingredients you get an eye roll and a “whatever”.

2 stars cause the staff has great attitudes. That being said, the food has never been made correctly when ordered online. Not just a little off, but WAY off. I ordered a simple bowl with meat, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. What I got had onions, tomatoes, salsa, and corn. I wish I could share a pic but not seeing that option.
