Coming from Southern California, it’s not easy finding good Mexican food in Portland; El Pato Feliz hits the spot. Its not “healthy/light” food but it is delicious!
I typically get tacos but I have also had the whole fried fish, and the chille rellenos plate – all of which was yumm-o. ^_^ especially love the carnitas, lengua, and chivo! The sweet owners give excellent service, I keep coming back for that feeling of being back in a so-cal taqueria.

One of my favorite places to visit! The chips and salsa are me and my bf favorites and the food is AMAZING!
What’s pictured is the chicken enchiladas with Verde salsa and a carne asada quesadilla (which was a perfect combination of cheese and meat). One thing I also love are their breakfast burritos. 10/10 food and 11/10 service!

This Mom and Duaghter team have it figured out. Very welcoming and great service. If you have never tried cabeza or chivo. You have togo here. The best tacos. I am now a regular.

Nice server, good salsas, good burrito. The best salsa is the one you get with the chips of you eat there though. Good prices for a lot of food. There is a vegetarian section of the menu. Card minimum of $5.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 10years. I highly recommend this authentic style Mexican restaurant. The food is always amazing, and the atmosphere is comfortable. El Pato Feliz is the best Mexican restaurant in the whole town, for sure.

This was some of the best horchata I’ve ever had. The tacos were also on point.
This was a really affordable and delicious lunch in a very friendly and chill setting, I will definitely be back.

I have called several times and never a answer anymore. I have been going here 20 years and since the original el pato left it went down hill. They also should be open on Sundays! Loosing alot of business in my opinion.

Snagged some quick tacos before work and they were better than I expected. First of all THE LENGUA. I’ll be back for it. Best flavored lengua I’ve had in awhile. (Also got carnitas and cabeza but wish I got 3 more lengua). They even put some chips in the bag with my 3 ala cart tacos. That was a nice touch. Friendly multilingual service. Cute ducks everywhere.

Small restrant on the side of planet fitness but great flavor.
Price is good and food is authentic 100%delish.
Like I said right next to planet fitness just around the corner so all you weight lifters that know how important it is to get food in your belly within the hour after work out hop to man it’s great. It’s like taking a sail on the Ocean right after a hard day of work but someone else is sailing so you can just soak up the Key Largo Sun Ray’s and smell that beautiful Ocean knowing you’ll make it home later.
Y’all have a great dine.
