Blows my mind. This is the closest Burger King and on my way home so unfortunately I have to use it sometimes, usually because of the duo and trio and respective prices. However, it never fails, regardless if I order on the spot or on the app, once I reach the window I’m asked to pull around front and wait. Sometimes it’s out very quick but more times than not, the wait is a bit much. This is supposed to be FAST food. If you’re going to be Sonic then put up stalls.
Usually the food is well made and tastes good but constantly being asked to pull around, only to wait and wait and wait really is inconvenient.
The app deals are nice but they’ve removed cheese from all of the burgers and you must add it as an up charge. If you want a double whopper with cheese and bacon, there should be an option to finance it for a year with monthly payments. If we’re getting anything other than the $5 duo or $7 trio, we go to the Texas chain where it’s actually worth $15 for a combo meal.

THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE!!!
The last 4-5 times I have placed an online order…..I show up to have to wait anywhere from 5-30 minutes for food. Usually its 5 minutes or so which is annoying and defeats the entire purpose of ordering line…..but today my wait was almost 30 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a medium fry. In whose eyes is that acceptable?
I stood at the counter waiting for almost 5 minutes at the pickup area before I was even addressed. I then had to tell multiple people my very simple order 3-5 times where about 5-7 minutes passed between each time.
Please do better, this is beyond poor customer service and just awful.
In the pic I uploaded you can clearly see why my order took almost 30 mins….it was a tough one ♂️

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had going to a fast food place. We got to the drive thru and were sat there for 20 minutes with no response. Sat for 30 minutes when they told us 3, and had over 3 cars already served before they ever got to us. We had to flag down the workers just to give us our food. Absolutely incompetent workers if I could give a 0 stars I would.

Absolutely horrible, I wish I could give no stars. Completely disorganized, order taker was unhelpful and didn’t resolve my app coupons issue. Was told to go to first window and waited 5 minutes and no one came to collect so I drove to the second window and then was told to reverse back to the first window. Paid and then waited -5 minutes for my food. The food was incorrect and everything was cold, the fries were cold and way over salted. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was almost nonexistent. I will not return to this location again and I recommend avoiding this location.

I had to wait 5 minutes at the drive thru before the lady took my order. After paying I had to drive around to the other side of the building to wait. If that’s not bad enough, the sweet tea I ordered was molded. I took & drink & knew something was wrong. I got home & had my husband try it. He said something was off. He opened it & said it smelled moldy & I couldn’t drink it. If you plan on going to Burger King in Conway, DO NOT go to this Burger King

The best part about this place? The parking—makes it super convenient to walk across the street to David’s Burger, where the service doesn’t make you question your life choices.
And yes I contacted corporate and never received a phone call from the franchise owner to discuss my horrific experience.
