I ordered a large meat pizza with black olives and extra mushrooms! No black olives or mushrooms were on the pizza at all! When I called to let them know! I got hung up on! The prices are outrageous! For a large pizza and large salad it was over 75 dollars! Never again will I order from here!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is wonderful. They closed the Howies by our house, so we drove a little. But so worth it! I had forgotten how good their food is. So much tastier than other pizzas. We will be returning frequently!!

I walked in to place an order bc I didn’t plan on eating pizza the other day. I wanted Jamaican cuisine, but the restaurant in the same Plaza was closed at lunchtime, LOL.
Anyway, I digress. I’ve probably had HH’s pizza once in my lifetime before and don’t remember it.
I ordered a lunch special, 1 topping pizza, for 7.99. It was made to order, so it was fresh and hot. Considering the price, I didn’t expect a pizza loaded with pepperoni (my topping of choice). However, it was good for a large chain pizza at that price point (there was anywhere from 2-4 pepperonis per slice, which seems a bit random). I’d actually order one again, as I could add my own extra pepperoni or spice it up with red pepper flakes & freshly grated parmesan cheese.
The person who took my order was patient while explaining my options & crust flavorings, sp I appreciate her for that.
Sorry I don’t have pics but it’s 2 days later & it’s not fair (imho) to post pics of 2 day old cold pizza.

I placed an order and when I came to pick it up they didn’t put the xtra Cajun crust seasoning on. They seem to never put it on. It’s always the bare minimum seasoning. Also the pizza was under cooked. The dough was very mushy and wet. When I was paying the owner suggested I made a tip. Not happy and definitely will be going somewhere else if this isn’t fixed.

Ordered here for the 1st time, won’t be the last! It was delicious…. miles above any other pizza around. Crust is thick and soft, toppings fresh and plentiful, sauce just perfect. Arrived quick, hot and fresh. For a franchise I am thoroughly impressed.

Customer service is very much lacking. They make a mistake on your order they will only replace it if you bring the pizza back to the store, even if you paid for delivery and offered to hold the pizza until another is delivered. They will hang up on you if you’re not okay with that and won’t refund the delivery fee if you have to bring the pizza back. They refuse to give the owner’s name or the manager’s first name to know who you need to speak to. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE FLAVOR CRUST! Which is why most people order from them. Do not order from the location in Palm Bay, FL, EVER. Order from Titusville,FL instead. They were great.
