Oh my god, my mistake, I’m so embarrassed! The thing is, I ordered from a nearby address using Google Maps, but somehow I went to the wrong place. When my order was ready on my phone and I went in, the barista realized I’d gone to the wrong place, which was far from school and would make me late for class. I paid for that part, but I was already going to be late for class anyway, so I received support and thanked them profusely. Thanks to them, I didn’t need to go to the other place and waste time. Thank you so much, I’m incredibly grateful.

Natalie helped me out figuring out the menu and finding what drink would be best for me. She was extremely patient and the service I and other customers received from her was above and beyond. I will definitely be coming to this location more often, regardless of it being a further drive. I loved my chestnut praline latte, thank you Natalie!

This location has never pleased in customer or service! There manager. Supervisor and staff are all extremely rude. Feel like they don’t like there job. I’ve watch s them grab my label for my drink out of the trash and hand it to me . Because my drink was made wrong and I wanted to look at how the order was put in. The gentleman grab the label out of the nasty trash and handed it to me. Than yesterday while heading to an eagles training camp event I stopped to grab be a coffee still trying to give this location grace. And the manager and or supervisor when I called was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. I stated to her I couldn’t turn back around because I was already on 295 I asked her to please stop using a disrespectful tone with me I’m just stating that my drink was made wrong. She continued to argue and stated “ well I watched my associate make it” I’ve learned in all my years of working with people that the worse then you can do it argue back. Starbucks keeps hiring associates that have no customer service skills, seem like that don’t like there job and really are ruining the brand. It’s expensive coffee. Why not make my experience a great one. Instead they choice violence with there words and attitude. Do better!!! And I really hope JACKIE the district manager looks into this location further!!

I ask the guy to make me a Vietnamese coffee but idk the recipe so he suggested me this drink. This is exactly how i want it to be. Not too strong and not too sweet. Nothing better than having a good drink to start your day. Thank you.

I ordered the same thing I always ordered. Light ice at the starbuck target one. I ordered same thing at the clementon location. I have no problem ever before. But this is unacceptable. The one on the left is what I got today vs what I got before. Big difference? both light ice. Firstly they forgot my order bc I ordered on mobile for pickup instore. It’s new year so there is a shortage of staffs. I get that. They kept asking my name and what was my order when I go thru drive thru. I kept saying Zoe. She kept calling me Kelsie or Chelsie! How does that have anything in similarity? and then my Drink looked like they threw away half of it. she said bc I order light ice, shots and oatmilk. She said she could either put more ice or more milk for me? there s nothing she could do. you know I have spent so much money here and never had a problem. I would never come back here again.
Also I haven’t drank it or spilled it to look like it’s half filled. fyi
