We were in the Poconos and looking for an Asian restaurant, and this place was a great find! Some of our friends had never tried Vietnamese food before, but they liked it. We ordered the small grilled chicken pho—perfectly flavorful, generously portioned (even the small!), and incredibly comforting on a cold day. The spring rolls are definitely a must-try as well. There’s plenty of seating and parking, and overall we had a really good experience!

If you’re looking for an amazing Vietnamese spot, this hidden gem is a must-try! Their Beef Pho #11 is absolutely delicious, featuring well-done steak, flank, and fatty brisket that melt in your mouth. The broth is rich and flavorful, and if you like a little heat, be sure to ask for their chili oil—it adds the perfect kick.
The shrimp spring rolls were so fresh and tasty, especially when dipped in their homemade peanut sauce. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and well-prepared. I also tried the Thai tea with boba, and it was spot-on—sweet, creamy, and refreshing.
Not only is the food top-tier, but the service was also 10/10. Friendly staff, great prices, and a cozy atmosphere make this place a standout. Whether you’re a pho lover or just exploring Vietnamese cuisine, this spot is worth the visit!

I came to this restaurant expecting stellar service and great food, unfortunately my experience was genuinely terrible. My friends and I were in the Poconos for labor day weekend and saw that this location came highly recommended.
From the moment we walked in, we were disregarded and had to flag someone down to be seated. We placed our orders at 12:36pm and did not receive any food until an HOUR after we ordered. Multiple large groups came in after us and got their food before us as well. We asked our waitress about our food and she kept saying it would be out in a few minutes. Once we got our food, I noticed a hair on my grilled chicken and immediately went to let someone know. Our waitress kept saying it wasn’t hair and had to be something else but it was very obviously a long black hair. I spoke to the manager and he was being very rude to us, saying he did not want to comp my meal and constantly said he would be fired if he took anything off of our bill.
I would have been happy with an apology for the wait and for the hair in the food, but the way we were spoken to was absolutely abhorrent. On our way out, a waiter yelled at my group saying, “PLEASE MOVE OUT OF THE WAY, I AM TRYING TO DO MY JOB,” as if we were purposefully hindering him. I do not recommend this place, especially if you’re a POC group.

Their food is amazing!!! I’m so happy I live closer now. I used to stock up on their Pho when I lived out of state. The flavors are perfect, everything is cooked to perfection. Even just their chicken is flavorful and juicy. I’ve never had anything “just ok” there…it was all phenomenal. Food, drinks, everything! The service is very good too. The atmosphere is lacking but nobody is going for that. They’re going for amazing food at a great price.

I had an amazing dinner here! The staff was so attentive. We both got pho and it was phenomenal, one of the best pho I’ve ever had. The value was great, our dinner was $55 (before tip) for two big bowls of pho, Thai tea, and mango ice cream! Delicious, highly recommend

We have been here many times for dining in and food to go. The food and service are consistent. Delicious taste and freshness. My favorite is grilled chicken over rice vermicelli. The grilled beef is also fantastic! Overall it is a quick and quality restaurant.

I recently visited Pho Saigon III and tried a few different dishes. We ordered the Pho Special, Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Ice Coffee with Milk, Veggies Pho, and Chicken Broken Rice.
The Chicken Broken Rice was definitely the highlight—tender dark meat chicken that was flavorful and well-cooked. The Spring Rolls were decent but nothing too special. Unfortunately, the Pho soup base was a bit underwhelming; it lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. The Veggies Pho was alright, but again, the broth felt a bit plain.
The Vietnamese Ice Coffee with Milk was a disappointment. It wasn’t as strong as I’ve had at other places and had too much cream, which didn’t quite match the usual bold flavor I expect from this drink.
On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience overall. I would still consider returning, especially for the Chicken Broken Rice, but I hope the pho broth can be improved.

The broth isn’t like it should be in Pho Bo. It’s bland and contains a lot of MSG and too much salt, making it impossible to add oyster sauce to achieve the correct flavor. By the way, they didn’t even have oyster sauce; they substituted it with a cheaper hoisin sauce. We ordered it with ribeye, but they brought it with meatballs. Overall, everything was a bit strange. The service, however, was excellent.

This place is SO delicious I almost didn’t want to write this review lol. Whenever we are in town this is one of our first stops within 24 hours. The second that you walk in the door, your mouth will start watering. Every ingredient is fresh and thoughtfully selected – every single bite is delicious and dynamic as the first. The spring rolls are life changing (pro tip: wrap with lettuce, top with pickled veg and dunk in the fish sauce, the perfect bite every time) – this place is a don’t miss!!

Got the #11 and #30. Compared to nyc vietmnese restaurants’ small portions, this restaurant’s portions were very generous. Food was fresh and highly recommended. They were not stingy with the meat at all. I’m craving to go back right now!
