I had a complimentary birthday smoothie from Jamba Juice and complimentary pretzel from Auntie Anne’s since I’m a rewards member for both companies. The pretzels are always fresh and delicious! And to pair it with a Jamba smoothie is just pure perfection☺️ the savory and sweet combination is out of this world delicious!!!

I dont normally post negative reviews but this is well deserved, came in this afternoon with my husband , and as I was waiting the girl who rung me up pointed out to another girl that we didn’t leave a “tip” ,that girl then proceeded to announce out loud all the tips they recieceved that day from other customers to her coworkers. Im sorry but I’m not going to leave a tip for hourly paid and especially not after getting upset for not being left a tip for getting preztel out of the case….

Came in around oh maybe 3pm the other day. Place my order and it was rung up for like $10 more than what it should have been. We get that corrected ok no problem. Then the lady who was waiting on me walks away and everyone is just going along their merry way. Only there is a problem my friend and I stil has not received our order. So we wait that awkward silent wait and then I am like excuse me can we get our order. The lady stops what she is doing and slowly fixes our order no apology or nothing. She just says nothing and well… it was all just really strange I hope no one was on any substances but it was all just really odd and very very slow and there were 3 people working and my friend and I were the only ones in the store besides one man that came in after us and was just standing there waiting to be served as well. Not sure if they had issues with each other or what but it was all really slow and strange would not reccomend this location. And highly reccomend corporate do a visit maybe there is some training needed IDK but it was all just really odd… I love their pretzels but I will have to use a different location.

Went here to get a pretzel and a frozen lemonade. Service was good. But unfortunately my frozen lemonades was just syrup and foam. Really disappointed and a waste of money.

On 4/27/24 at 1240pm, my son and I visited the Auntie Anne Pretzel Owings Mills location at 10200 # 106 Mill Run Cir, Owings Mills, MD 21117. Upon arrival to the location we observed several patrons standing inside of the store with receipts in hand. It was obvious at this time, that those individuals were waiting for orders place. There were two employees in the store at the time, one male and one female. After a brief wait to place an order, The male employee then took our order for one (1) Cinnamon Preztel Nuggets. After paying for the nuggets, was told we would have to wait a couple minutes for the nuggets, as they were not made yet.
We then proceeded to wait with several other patrons for our order. I then noticed online orders being prepared and placed in station for pick up but not orders for those standing and waiting. We patiently waited for 19 minutes, still with a few other individuals who had yet to receive their order, I then asked the female employee of the status of the Cinnamon nuggets. She would then look over to the male employee who then replied to her, “They got burnt.” She would then state, can you wait another 3 to 4 minutes. We are going to make a new batch. After another 10 minutes, I asked again about the status of the nuggets and the female employee again replied, “Just a few more minutes”. At this time, after spending 30 minutes waiting for an order of 1 single cup of cinnamon nuggets, we respectfully asked for a refund.
The service at this location is extremely slow and seems to place more importance on online ordering than walk in orders. With being a new location, Management needs to be aware and train those who working to better prepare and attend to walk in orders. After 30 minutes of waiting, we have nothing to show but wasted time. As someone who enjoyed Auntie Anne Pretzels, will think again before coming back to this location.

The Jamba side is pretty much on par with other locations, but the Auntie Anne’s products are not. The taste is almost the same as other locations, but the main issue is how long it takes to get any Auntie Anne’s items. I’ve only been 3 times but each time my pretzel was made fresh even though there were some available at the register. I waited 15 minutes for two pretzels each time. That’s way too long compared to all other locations. Hope the speed of service improves.

This location is refreshing to go to. I bypass other Jamba Juice locations JUST to go to this one. The Customer Service is amazing! The drinks were comparable to other JJ. The pretzels were fresh (a bit of a wait but I’ll take that over not fresh pretzels). Service with a smile! So happy to have this JJ in the area. I’ll never go to any other!

New Year 2k24 new boundaries especially when it comes to the food I enjoy to eat from time to time. The minute you walked through the door the greetings are superb for the warm welcome greeting. Ordering is made so simple as well as all the staff knowledge for the items on the menu because being a type1 Diabetic all my questions and concerns were answer with the best customer service that is non existence nowadays but not as this location because they definitely treat their customers with the upmost respect and kindness. I definitely will be back and continue to bring my family and my friends to my favorite new spot in this shopping plaza.
