I recently moved to ChampionsGate about 3 months ago and decided to give this Miller’s Ale House location a try. I ordered a 12-piece jumbo all flats wings to go. When I got home (literally just 5 minutes later), I opened the box and was completely disgusted. Almost every wing still had feathers and little hairs on them.
This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of cleanliness and quality control in the kitchen. I couldn’t eat them and ended up throwing the entire order away. I actually had to order from another restaurant afterward because the food here was inedible.
For the owner or management: please check on your kitchen staff and food preparation standards. Customers should not be served wings with feathers and hairs still attached. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.

The wings had NO sauce on them; they were basically chicken nuggets with a dust of seasoning. There were barely any fries and they didn’t provide ranch even though it was specifically advertised/listed in multiple spots that ranch was included. Our order also took 25-30 minutes longer to make than originally quoted. Extremely disappointing- don’t waste your money.

Only reason I’m making this is because I was asked to leave a review by the lady once I was leaving from picking up my order…. so here we go!!
Ordered a 8 count only got 7, had a choice of 2 sauces ordered and only got 1 on the 7. Fries hard and cold… I live 5 mins away and picked up exactly at my pickup time. Also had an oversized cookie that tasted like cardboard, now I understand the extra chocolate cup on the side is to smother the taste. Overall terrible food and was looking forward to wings tonight. If you want good food try another place. Unsure on customer service it was just swing in a pick up kinda thing.

Ordered 16 wings & fries and had 13 drums and 3 flats. Even worse, they were completely dry… it saucy AT ALL! I guess you have to pay extra for sauce on the side in order to actually have saucy hot wings. And they were overcooked! The person inside that gave me the order reminded me to complete the survey…hmmm….there was no survey. Will not reorder again

Honestly, I’m surprised at all the negative reviews. Thankfully, my food was AMAZING! I rate Just Wings a 5 STAR and will definitely order from them again I’m looking for consistentcy in the future and hope I didn’t just catch you guys on a good day! I ordered wings yesterday online. 16ct – half Lemon Pepper and half Nashville Hot. My order came with a side of fries and a drink. I made the order before checking reviews which is not typical of me but I’m so glad I did. My wings were hot and fresh, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! You could go a little heavier on the sauce…Whatever changes you guys have made to produce a better quality product keep it up!

Order 3x 48 wings which in total 144 wings from this place through door dash. Waited two hours never received my food. On the phone back and forth with the manager from here and also spoke to the door dash company who claimed I never had an order placed through them even after giving them my order number as confirmation. I even tipped the driver who name was Nadia $26. The manager even reached out to the driver which she lied about calling me on the phone. Just say my visit to Florida was hell on wheels. Cause why lie‼️ I’m giving them time enough to refund my money but word of advice don’t do door dash here.

Now that we’ve taken care of that, I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty these wings were. While I had a short distance to drive after picking up my order, I found that the wings were still at an adequate temperature upon enjoying them. We ordered two combos which came with fries and drinks. One order was of smoked bone-in and another order of boneless wings.
The boneless wings were good, nothing to write home about, but tasty none the less. The mango habanero sauce they were tossed in was not quite as hot as I had expected, but was packed with flavor and a lingering heat that lasted for about 20 minutes past finishing my order.
Thr smoked bone-in wings were tossed in the apple BBQ sauce and had a great smokey flavor. I would definitely recommend the smoked wings. The sauce was very much on the sweet side but absolutely delicious and our favorite of thr sauces we ordered. I’d gladly put this sauce on a variety of items and would even consider purchasing a bottle of it if offered.

So I place my order for 44 boneless wings and fries. I got my food home and the wings had barely any sauce on them. I had 4 different flavors and the all tast like one flavor bland!! I called store and was on hold for 30 minutes for somone to pick up and hung up on me. I tried calling back but now no one will pick up. I made the attempt 4 or 5 times and still no one will pick up.. This is the second time I ordered here. The first time was great. But now I will never order here again. So if you want to spend $35.00 on bland and tasteless food and rude staff then this place is for you. Screw its just wings. Never again.

Usually i don’t write reviews, but these wings were so disappointing that i had to let other people know not to eat here. The quality of these wings were so bad, and for a place that exclusively has wings only this was truly unacceptable. The curly fries were very mid as well, it just seemed like some frozen ones that you heat up in a microwave. Overall very bad i recommend you go some place else.
