Dining at Latin Fusion is always such a great experience. They truly offer something unique, not just in their delicious, flavorful food, but in the way they care for their guests.
What stands out most is that this isn’t just a restaurant serving good meals. Kevin and Liana have clearly poured so much time, heart, and intention into creating a place where people feel welcome. The food is consistently incredible, but the service is what really sets them apart. They genuinely care about their customers and the overall experience.
It’s rare to find a place that hits the mark beyond just great food and Latin Fusion absolutely does. I can recommend it to friends with complete confidence.

Ohmygoodness! As a family of foodies who have traveled the world and most recently Guatemala we had high expectations. This place blew our minds!
Our son is at college here and works at Menards and the staff knew him by name!

Honduras Fusion Delight. Fresh, flavorful ingredients that had a traditional feel yet I’ve never had it before. Everything just went together perfectly. Also, the owner is great, Kind, hard working and fun to talk to. Highly recommend trying this mixture of flavors. I trusted the owners recommendation and was delighted.

This place is a hidden gem for sure! As soon as we walked in we were greeted & shown to our table. They brought chips and salsa right away & got our drink orders & brought us a sampling of their spicy sauces. We ordered the plantains as an appetizer & he said he’d half them with the Yuca & they were both phenomenal, especially with the homemade sauces that came with them. We ordered the Fajita fusion bowl, the Fusion Pupusas, the Steak Fusion burrito, and the Santa fe chicken. For dessert we also shared the Tres Leche cake.

The staff were super friends and knowledgeable, the food was incredible, and the drinks were the best I’ve had in this type of restaurant. The spot is a gem and I will be supporting them as often as possible. If you haven’t gone yet, do yourself a favor and go!

Latin Fusion is an amazing local gem. I’ve honestly never been this hooked on a restaurant. The food is easily some of the best you’ll find within 100 miles, and it’s quickly become my weekly go-to.
I’ve eaten here 20+ times, and every visit somehow feels even better than the last. From the incredibly welcoming owners to the consistently outstanding food, I can’t say enough good things.

Food was delicious and unique. Service was very good. Owner welcomed us and even though they were slammed, food came out in reasonable time. Chips and salsa provided right after we sat down. Chips were fresh, salsa delicious. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Joplin.

So good !!! The best tasting Latin food I’ve ever had! It’s worth driving a hundred miles . The food looks so good but tastes even better . Drinks appetizers main dish to dessert was amazing!!!!

Food was terrific. I got a sampler and enjoyed all of it. The rice was cold, but not a big deal. While we were still eating the waitress approached the table and had me pay the bill, which I found odd.
