Food was good. I had the turkey sandwich and a side of fried okra. Both tasted great and the Turkey was not dried out. I also like the choices of sauce that they give you. Hubs had the super spud and said that he liked it as well. Only reason for the four stars, not five, was the service. Hard to get drink refills. Middle of the day on a Saturday.

My husband, Uncle, and I came in for lunch and the whole experience was great! The Pigman, Roughneck cheeseburger, coleslaw, and fries are delicious! The waitress was on top of our beverages and any other needs. We will be back!

Ordered the dirty deed from the pitmaster pick. The ribs are not up to the mark. Pulled pork and sausage are just ok. Loved the potato salad and sweet/smoky beans. Overall its just an average experience.

I ordered fried pickles and a super spud and had it delivered using DoorDash. My pickles are absolutely burnt and taste so disgusting. The bacon on my super spud was actual strip of bacon, not chopped or anything. Honestly will not be ordering here again. Worst food from a rib crib I have had.

Got seated. Looked through the menu. Waited about 10 minutes. Watched 4 other tables get seated. The last people who got seated, ordered their drinks, received their drink order, and were placing their food order when we left. I’m not sure how long the other tables waited for service. My time limit for waiting to get any kind of acknowledgement at a restaurant is 15 minutes. Never once did someone come by and say someone would be with us shortly. I say if you want BBQ at a RibCrib DON’T go to the one in Sapulpa, OK.

Was really excited to have rib crib and drove all the way from bristow to pick it up. I placed an online order because I thought it would be easier, but drove the 20 minutes home to only have 1 of the 2 sandwiches I paid for. I understand making mistakes, but when I called it was suggested that maybe next time I placed an order it could be made right. I thought it was weird that it had a list checked off on the receipt but clearly they need help. I hope management will see this and if they are short staffed get them the assistance they need.

This is the quality of food the managers putting out. When I called to speak to the manager I was given the runaround by the first teenager and told the GM is on vacation. I told them there still has to be somebody in charge let me speak to them. To which I was given a 12-minute run around and then another teenager gets on the phone and informs me that the manager on duty told her to get on the phone and handle it. I said no honey I want to speak to who’s in charge and if you can’t give me who’s in charge then I’ll just call corporate. To which she responded I don’t care. So Joyce then proceeds to tell me the manager is busy in the kitchen so she picked up the phone to take care of it. If the manager is in the kitchen why would she send out this quality of food at all !Why as a manager would you know there’s a problem on the phone that needs management attention and you send a teenager to the phone instead! So at the end of the day they will be receiving no more of my money or anyone’s money who asks me what barbecue restaurant I suggest. Also this is the reason why people go to social media. I tried to handle it properly with Management on the telephone and instead, she put two teenagers on the phone to deal with it! We stopped eating inside years ago because the place is filthy, and the teenagers’ attitudes are ridiculous. We had been faithful take out customers however until tonight

Wish I could zero star this place . I had never ate at this location and never will again. Last night I ordered $50 worth of food and before leaving asked the host if there was bbq sauce in my bag she said yes got home of course no sauce had to eat my sandwich plain (so annoyed ) my Mac and cheese was so cold / old and so were the fries! Ordered ranch they gave me a different type of ranch. Whenever I called to order my food for the to go I tried to order a dessert apparently it was frozen so couldn’t sell. Just over all bad experience. No napkins or silverware in the bag. Would have been more understanding if the place were busy but it was dead. Zero stars.
