Jalita, Maia, Alley, Sharon, Finale, Morgan, Brooke and Sondra are absolutely amazing and know my voice from the speaker or see me pull into the drive through and have my order waiting for me! Always hit, always properly made, bathrooms are spotless and atmosphere is always friendly and positive. These ladies are mainly evening crew but everyone I mentioned deserves recognition. As a realtor myself it’s so important to put the patron first and this group of ladies ROCK IT daily! #MYTIMMYSGALS are AMAZING!

This store was next to an EV charger, which was very convenient. The coffee and food were standard (similar to those in Canada). The staff was nice but was very busy. They had a drive thru option as well.

Kind of the same situation I experienced a few years ago.
I barely get to visit one of your stores as I don’t have one near me in Pittsburgh. So I visit this one and some in Canada when I have a layover for my job.
I try to use your coupons but this location always has a reason that I am not allowed to. This time I wanted a pumpkin muffin for $.99 with a drink purchase. I was told the pumpkin muffin was not one that I could get for that deal. Kind of surprising as it didn’t exclude it.
This is not the first or second time, but over 4 times. Very upsetting and disappointing.

Went there this afternoon to buy donuts. When I looked in the glass case, it had flies all over the Cinnamon Twist donuts. When I bought it to the employee’s attention. She shook her head and said yea, I know. I said so you are still going to sell them like that? She said yes. She said my manager knows about it too. I was grossed out and left. Never will I ever buy coffee or anything here again. Sadly, enough it’s the closest Tim Hortons to me and I ate there weekly before seeing the flies. To have flies all over the food and choosing to sell it while customers can see it and you don’t care is disgusting and says a lot about your lack of cleanliness. It’s 33 degrees outside today January 23rd, 2024. Where do you even find so many flies . Clearly there is a deeper issue that is not being addressed.

Okay okay okay, I love this Tim Horton’s. Usually no complaints. And I’m not mad at this situation, I find it more hilarious than anything. I ordered a meal, and as a side I asked for a chocolate glazed donut. They gave me ONE SINGULAR CHOCOLATE TIMBIT . There wasn’t even glaze on it! Just a single dot . While I find it funny, I do have to give a 3 start review because I was really looking forward to my donut .

this location is a hit or miss one. my spouse and I go to this one if we don’t have time to get to one of locations on Union for breakfast items before work. today he stopped by at the Walden location and grabbed me a croissant with Nutella and this is what was given to us. im confused as to why since there is always a generous amount of Nutella spread in it.he is always polite to the employees when ordering at the drive thru so I’m not sure why we got this in return. we’re even patient when they make a mistake on our coffees. this really bummed me out today.

Out of all the Tim’s around I go to this one I pass 4 everyday on my way to the Walden one , the ppl that work there are fantastic and seem to actually truly care about taking care of people. I get a simple bacon and cheese bagel and an ice cap and the bagels are always on point and they always have the ones I like This to me is the best in wny. Thanks for being great everyone keep up the good work
