I asked for a shrimp po boy all the way and this is what I got. I will contact some type of management about it. If it new people don’t know how to do something then don’t have them doing it. Young lady was working so hard you could tell she was annoyed about everything. She had to constantly say something to the other employees. That po boy and my food won’t worth nothing. I could’ve saved that money and cooked at home if I knew it was going to be like that.

I tried to call several times, then I pull up to the drive thru window and the young thing that came to the window was rude, acted as if we were bothering him. A complete jerk. Id like a manager to contact me, but I’ve never seen one in the building. The inside looks as if every customer was chain smoker and the roaches are pets.

First oder was entirely incorrect. The remake was cold and also incorrect. I have never had a issue with any other location of highway 55. This one just sucks, will not be retruing.

We always try to support local businesses but seeing as it’s problem that we feed a family of five once or twice a week at this location and the staff can’t handle an order that large, I will no longer support them and we will gladly start making the twenty minute trip to the other local location. Since it’s “karma” that you don’t have drink carriers every time I make a large order, I’ll spend that $60 elsewhere. Not my fault you hate your job and have now forced me to check my children’s cheese burgers for spit, but it’s cool.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and I called ahead of time to reserve for 26 people. Heaven was EXCELLENT! She was super sweet and attentive and they even decorated the tables for us. They really cared and they were all so sweet. Highly recommend this location and shout out to Heaven for being such a kind person and being a hard worker!! Thank y’all so much!!
