Had a nice experience, server was super nice! Service was kinda slow, got the salad like 5 minutes before meal. Bread was ok… Good salad, wife loved the balsamic and my Bleu cheese was awesome..my steak was good, cooked perfect and the shrimp were great too! The Brussel sprouts were out of this world! My wife’s salmon was good she wasn’t too fond of the bourbon glaze, was more like a teriyaki..I agreed,but the Salmon was very good, she just put her balsamic on it.

Had a great experience at this steakhouse! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure i had everything i needed. Definitely a great place for a nice dinner. I’ll be coming back again!

Ended up at Cheddar’s! 2 people in our 3 party didn’t eat. The last one was just hungry. But their 18oz steak was not 18oz… thin, under cooked, room temperature. Ordered drinks. They never came. Soup was Luke warm- French onion. That can’t be just warm-gross. Disappointing for sure!

Girlfriend ordered a fillet, medium-well, I ordered New York strip, medium-rare. When receiving the food the fries were coated in salt, my New York strip was overcooked to a medium well, and her fillet somehow got mistaken for a sirloin and was cooked WELL done. Had the food remade, and mine was cooked correctly for the most part, her fillet was still overcooked. Manager was VERY unprofessional and rude. The only things that didn’t get messed up tonight were the waters, bread and butter and the alcohol. Can’t see myself going back to this location again, would recommend taking the drive to the one in Greendale over this location.

Called ahead was told the wait was approximately 60 min which was fine. Checked in and was able to have a seat in the waiting area. Around 60min mark they called my name I went up to the hostess desk said my name party of 6 and the manger took us, he apologized for the wait said at least it’s not far, pulled out a few chairs and left. The table was set for a party of 20 i said something to a waitress that I think this is for someone else told her what had just happened she took us back up to the hostess desk stand. Turned it it wasn’t for us and we still have a wait, by then people had already sat where we had been waiting so my sister had to stand with her 7week old baby for a while till someone moved. After 122 min we finally got seated with no silverware they had ran out momentarily but didn’t say that. Waited another 5 min for the waitress whom didn’t introduce herself, took our drink and apps order. Brought out the drinks and bread, still no silverware so had to go ask for some that’s when I was told they had ran out. We ordered our food. 5-10 min later waitress comes back saying they just ran out of the ribs which 2 of the party had ordered we had to ask for menus so they could order something else and we asked for a manager at this point. Apps came out in a timely fashion. When they got us refills for the drinks my mom had a Half lemonade half unsweetened tea to start when she got her refill it was only unsweet tea was not told that. So I loudly tried getting the waitress attention which she ignored me , finally got her told her my moms drink was wrong, she left came back told us that they are out of lemonade. I said that’s ridiculous and that I’d still like to talk to a manager it’s been over 20 min at that point that I had asked for a manager. After she came back with a different drink for my mom I asked where the salad for my sister was at cause it had been 40 min since we ordered. Mind you at this point the waitress had a attitude like this was our fault they are busy (she wasn’t treating her family that was seated by us like that) she said when they get done making it it would be out. A salad lettuce cheese croutons and dressing that’s it. At that point I was fed up we were out to celebrate my mom, dad, and brother-laws birthday. Salad came out got ate before the manager even finally came over about 40 min after we asked to speak with them. He was the same guy that took us to the 20 top. He blames the wait before being seated on the business which granted understood. I pointed out that people that been seated after we had ordered the second time have their food, he told us he would go ask the kitchen and when he gets back we’d discuss farther what he could do for us. 5 min later I see him doing busy work like to the point one of the waitresses gave him a what are you even doing look. Were salt and pepper shakers more important then the guest waiting for you to come back well I guess they were. At this point it’s been over 3hours and a half the baby is now getting fussy,My sister starting to leak, still no food which we’d need boxes to go at this point. So I said let’s go and we got up and left my dad hunted down the manager who went out the way to avoid my dad as far as going into the kitchen so my dad asked someone to hrab that manager and my dad let him know we were done and leaving. And that my dad said he can go ahead and comp our drinks and appetizers. We ended up getting Dave’s hot chicken which took 12 min from order to table

My husband and I recently went to LongHorn Steakhouse and it was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.
We were seated quickly, but after that everything went downhill. We sat for 20–30 minutes with no water, no bread, and no server. When someone finally came, we ordered both our appetizer and entrees right away since we had already been waiting so long.
Drinks and bread eventually showed up, but the appetizer never did. Our entrees came out about 15 minutes later, and my husband’s steak wasn’t even the one he ordered. At that point we were just hungry and started eating.
The best part? We were halfway through our meals when they finally brought out a “side”… because they apparently thought our appetizer was a side item. After that, the actual appetizer finally came out.
The manager comped the appetizer, but the entire experience was disorganized and frustrating. I was really looking forward to coming back for my second visit, but after this experience I’ll definitely be passing next time.

This place is the greatest! I have always loved TRH but this place tops it for sure! Atmosphere = perfect, service = perfect, food = delicious. Jasmine was our server and she was fantastic! Definitely will be back!

I went to longhorn for the first time tonight (9-9:44 because I heard so many good things but came i was fooled , told the host it was my lady birthday even made a reservation and they did nothing .. we didn’t even get the bread… once we got our food it was on the colder side and salty …we could barely even eat , while we were eating we saw our server taking out trash … it was like they focused more on closing the restaurant then providing an experience, I will never be goin to this location again , first and last visit

Everything about this place was S tier, service, food, sides, Drinks. My waitress Emily was an absolute delight. She made us feel comfortable and accomidated our needs. The Steak was so good you didnt need to add any sauce.
