Parked at Petro for the night. Went in to Iron Skillet to get something to eat. Decided on fish and chips. Don’t get them. The fish is like rubber and that’s after ur scrap off the batter that is only cooked on the outside and the In side is nothing but mush. Decided on door dash instead of ordering anything else. The lady who took my order was the only thing good.

Had Kat as our server. Very unorganized and as a restaurant manager when she was told we didn’t want a plate for our toddler so it didn’t break her response was “this corporation needs to start losing money” which is weird since the more they lose the less the employees get.
We got our food and had to wait for toast. When we go the toast the food was cold. Had to wait for coffee and even condiments.
Hopefully these errors were just oversights however I feel it’s prob a deeper problem within the culture of the location

I took my family to Iron Skillet on our way home from a camping trip, and everyone enjoyed the sandwiches and breakfast items we selected. It did take a while for the food, but it was worth it for sure. The waitress had very good customer service and was excellent. Great little restaurant to eat at if you’re passing through.

I had the most rude and unsettling experience here. Simply asked if my friend worked at this location and a girl with dyed hair and glasses very rudely said “NO” then proceeded to talk about me and how awkward the interaction was with her coworkers. Will never come here.

After reading all the reviews. I see everyone has had a different experience. So I decided to take a chance. I ordered a steakhouse burger. It was delicious and I do not regret one bite. The cook certainly knows what they are doing. My server’s name was Alyssa. She was so nice. Would definitely recommend this Iron Skillet.
