I was looking through the reviews wondering why this place is only a 3.2 rating and most of y’all are complaining about them being out of bread? It’s on an interstate in a gas station. Of course they’re gonna use their bread. They make sandwiches. Acting like it’s their fault. Anyways not the point. Me and my boyfriend stopped by there the other day and had the best service ever. I think the girls name was Jessica? She was phenomenal at her job. Me and my boyfriend stopped by the other day and we were both very satisfied with the service. The sandwiches were phenomenal. Usually when I walk into a subway the workers always seem cold and to kinda judgy, the girl was very kind and patient and Jessica if you read this we really appreciated you, unfortunately you don’t find a lot of people like that in the fast food industry anymore.

Hunter thank you for excellent service. I appreciate when I ask for special request such as bread separate because I’ll build my sandwich later and he understands and was kind in doing so. The veggies are fresh and healthy. Hunter should be recognized for excellent service!

This place is not worth your time. They ran out of bread and wraps over two hours before closing. The staff only informed us as we approached the order line. Perhaps posting a sign indicating that you’re out of everything to make sandwiches would be a better choice than just standing there. Competent management should plan better to avoid this kind of situation. Lack of leadership and accountability will result in this establishments failure.

Came in at 9pm and was told by the young man sweeping that they were closed. Very disappointing since hours show open until 10pm on the door and Google. Such a shame because night driving Truckers route thier break stops on what places have food available other than hotdogs. Very disappointing.

Stopped by because it was close to the hotel we are staying at, was about 8 pm on a Sunday night. They said they didn’t have any bread. Ok, figured they might be making more since they’re open for 2 more hours. Go to the hotel, check in, get settled, I tried to call and ask if they had bread yet, but no one answered the phone. So we just went back about 30 mins later, the guy at the register says they have no bread, my husband asked if they could do a wrap. Nope! No wraps either. How does a company run out of bread and wraps with 2 hours left to be opened?? They also had signs on the glass with lists of things they were out of. Some of the stuff was crossed off, I guess because it was back in stock? You would think they’d make a new sign. I don’t typically like subway in general, but this was literally the worst one I’ve seen. Other than clearly running out of food regularly it looked dirty and unkept. Probably a blessing we didn’t eat there.

These guys were very personable and awesome. Dakota made my sandwich and was pleasant to speak with during the process. I’m usually unimpressed with my interactions with subway employees but these gentleman seemed to enjoy their jobs.

This is one major spot we stop when we are headed to the Smokies from Ohio. NEVER been disappointed!!! Today was no different The guys behind the counter sure know how to roll with the punches in a pleasant manner! They were out of bread because they just had a huge rush. The proof were all the people sitting outside at the picnic tables. Every seat was filled and they were all eating Subway subs (don’t forget those, like us who eat in our cars)! Gabriel and his co-worker jumped to selling bowls and wraps flawlessly. I didn’t get the other guys name, but he was a smiler and interacted well with every customer. Gabriel took care of us from start to finish and did a fantastic job! These two gentlemen need kudos for sure, they are representing the Subway brand splendidly!!!
