I love Jersey Mike’s! This location offers a great atmosphere with great customer service. The dine-in seating area is a nice size, however this location does not have a public restroom. Upon entering we were greeted with smiles and felt welcomed. I orderd the chicken bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak with chipotle mayo on rosemary bread so good!!! I love the Rosemary bread, highly recommend. I also got the supreme sub with everything on it, reminds me of the deli in NY!!

I walked in today this location looks like a mess workers with attitudes very unhappy I asked for a sub to be toasted and they refused I’ve been to plenty of different jerseys mikes and they have toasted my sub on the grill all the time EXCEPT this location don’t not bother coming here unless you want to be disappointed good thing I didn’t even buy from here I just decided to drive 15 minutes away to my favorite location of jerseys mikes to have a better experience please be advised this is the worst location and I will let everyone know to not come here!!!!! Warning you may be exposed to rotten toppings I’ve been told before eat at your own risk

Ordered 2 steak and cheese. The lettuce from there back line was disgusting! Had to expire at atleast a week ago. Asked for no peppers and onions. Only mayo. The mayo was enough for 4 subs ( disgusting) no common sense employees. And no over sight with management! Obviously proper training not happening! And proper scheduling not happening. You don’t schedule 2 C Players alone. Ideally have a A and a C or at minimum a B and C. Poor management and poorly trained staff. You have to understand that there are plenty of other options and I and others will choose those.

Gross sub, bread was soggy and not even toasted asked for lettuce and tomat. didn’t even add proper meat filling. This isn’t worth $20 I’m sticking to subway.

I ordered through the app, I received my food and upon opening it had cheese on my sub which I requested it not have, I called the store to get a new one sent to me and they said they can’t I can only come pick it up. If I ordered the sub for delivery it would make sense that I wasn’t able to come pick it up. They said they would put my name on the list for my free sub. I guess I won’t be ordering from this Jersey Mike’s anymore.

My 1 giant chicken philly order took a very long time. The cashier ignored me while I waited to pay instead of taking the payment or letting me know I could sit and wait then pay. It was very awkward standing for 10minutes and moving out of the way of other customers. I was also given white bread when I asked for rosemary. Never coming back to this location again.
