I love Five Guys! Great tasting burgers. Every time I go there it’s clean and the food is fresh and delicious. I really hope they last in Grafton. Ozaukee county is a weird place for restaurants. People are super picky but have the palette of hamburger helper and soup can casseroles. The prices are a little high but I know I always get quality. I don’t mind paying more for that. Price is always the complaint I hear from people and that you can go to a nice sit down restaurant for that! They have seating… and also, no you cannot. Unless you consider Culver’s a nice sit down restaurant. And even then, why would you order a burger at an expensive restaurant? I will never understand people

This location recently opened and this was my first time here. I was immediately greeted by several staff members. The gentleman who took my order was professional.

I received my order quickly, it was fresh and hot. I had a double bacon cheeseburger, which didn’t disappoint. The fries were also great and there were more than enough.

I recommend this location.

Food was great as always, staff was amazing and helpful. It was pretty expensive as normal but it’s five guys and they always are. They were fast and the staff was amazing because of there passion to have good service.

Customer service was nice, food was good, did have to ask to clean tables but they nicely did and while eating asked how everything is going.

Only thing i am not crazy about at Five Guys is the cost. 2 burgers, 1 large fry, 1 soda, and 1 water=$35. And that’s before the tip. It’s a burger joint, not a steak house. Guess I should be glad it’s not a steak house. Haven’t eaten a steak out in 3 years now cuz I can’t afford to

The big lady with glasses always has an attitude problem. She never let’s customers speak or rushes them when speaking and cuts them off. She needs training. Other employees are okay and nice. Looks like I’m not the only person complaining about her.

Very disappointed with this location every single time I’ve been in. Most recently takes the cake though and I’ve had enough at this point to write this review. It’s going to take a long time for me to return and decide to spend money at this location. I no longer have trust in the employees and taking the correct safety precautions for food allergies when prepping food.

To preface: I have never had an issue dining at five guys across the United States until I entered this establishment. It’s been a let down every single time I’ve come in to get food and my order is very easy. Not to mention they seriously slack on the extra fries! I’ve never seen a location use a separate bin for the extra fry portion versus just doing an extra scoop with their regular scooper. Peculiar.

So not only are they peculiar, and prepare food in a dangerous way, they are also incredibly rude to paying customers / consumers. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. However, after trying this location about six times within the last four months I’d think it’s safe to say I have had enough encounters to know this isn’t the norm – especially not for this chain.

Please do better.

I’m a huge 5 Guys fan. I’ve been to many different locations in all different states. 2 out of the 3 times I’ve eaten here the fries were cold. I also had very few fries in my cup. I’ve never had that at a 5 guys before. They need to do better and work on training and procedures. The price is worth it but only when fresh and hot.

The only 2 problems I have with this place when I go is that most of the time the tables and the floor are dirty, and the fries are almost always either over salted, even when asking for light salt. Otherwise they are good with being able to accommodate my gluten allergy by lettuce wrapping the burgers. The manager Amanda is awesome!

I work for a delivery service that rhymes with “More Smash”. Since the day their store opened, all Five Guys (as well as all the female employees) were up to speed and humming along smoothly. The orders are always ready accurately and quickly. The atmosphere is obviously fun loving. To be expedient, I always turn down their offer of fanning me with palm fronds and dropping grapes into my gaping maw, but I always appreciate the hospitality!
