The service is, without a doubt, fantastic. The atmosphere is calm and quiet and they even had Christmas music playing in the TV.
However, the food was not great. The pizza and garlic bread had more grease than the front end of my truck and the cheese on the pizza was chewy instead of smooth.
The soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work and had no manual function so there was no way to get any soap. The emergency exit was blocked by boxes and chairs. So better hope there’s no need to use it.

Was really excited for more options in Leeds, but was hit with a pretty heavy letdown. My Philly barely had anything on it. Was a sad sandwich. Would be willing to try again if I hear things change. I want them to succeed, but I personally cannot justify buying a sandwich that’s 90% bread. Also the other two sandwiches we got were just like this, barely anything in them.

Downtown Leeds. Do not get there much. Thought would check out Sweet Caroline’s. Big roomy place. Friendly people good food. Great Mac and cheese! Good sausage . I was there late afternoon. I can see them doing even more business at night. Will definitely go back!

I’ve seen some negative reviews here and just wanted to speak up. Everything has improved daily since they opened. I’ve been in at least once per week (sometimes more often) since the grand opening and it’s only gotten better and better. The staff is amazing and even while they were learning their attitudes were super and super helpful. I’ve personally loved the pizza since day one, but I do think it has also gotten better as they have settled in. I’ve had almost all of the different pizzas and a couple of different sandwiches and like it all. It’s become a family favorite already. Do I even need to say anything about the ice cream – it’s the best in the area! My personally favorite menu item is the honey bbq wings. I could eat them everyday!

This place is really good, we came a few weeks ago and got ice cream the ice cream was really good, we came back today to try the pizza and it was exceptional. The crust is very crunchy with zero flop even by the end of eating it stays crunchy, we got a pepperoni they use the cup pepperonis which I’m fan of cuz they’re kind of crunchy, and the sauce was spectacular, I might order a little bit of extra sauce next time, but overall it was amazing. It’s probably not my number one spot only because it’s a little bit pricey, but definitely one of my top three in the Birmingham area. I wonder if they have a larger size pizza though because the only thing that’s advertised on the menu is the 12″.

Our first time trying Sweet Caroline’s Pizza in Leeds, Alabama and it was a mixed bag. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. We got a Steakhouse Pie pizza and The Big Dill pizza. The Big Dill was great, the Steakhouse Pie on the other hand was a basic pizza with very, very little meat, alot of mushrooms and a lot of diced almost raw white onions ( think chili dog onions) without any caramelization. Don’t get me wrong if you like raw, crunchy onions you’ll enjoy it but the owners needs to change the ingredients list to diced white onions instead of caramelized because there is a distinct difference in flavor. Will try again if in the area
