I really do ratings. But I have to do this one. I bought a medium pizza from there the other day. It was the worst Pizza I have bought from any of the pizza places. It had hardly any tomato sauce on it the toppings were so scarce on it it was unbelievable. It was somewhat dry and not very tasty. I ate half of it and saved part of it to eat another day and then I thought about it and I just threw the rest of it in the trash . I normally go to Pizza Hut but I tried Papa John’s and I will never go back there again

Papa John’s located in East vine Street Kissimmee. I ordered the customized large. Ask for light Bacon. Manager told me that it could not be possible. This is the first time I’ve ever heard this. This goes against the promotion. It’s not the customers fault if staff is not well organized.

Papa johns is a great pizza place. We got the new 5 cheese crust and it wasn’t that good. The crust was very thin and a little burnt. This is the only papa johns that we been to that wasn’t great. Other then that pizza, everything is amazing. Friendly staff and very cozy welcoming atmosphere!

They insisted on telling me there specials only to tell me they wouldn’t deliver to me and give me the number for a store that was closed. Was already hungry did need to hear specials if not delivering to me anyway. Thanx alot papa john

I tried to place an online order at this location using a gift card. The website used the gift card money but wouldn’t let me complete the order and pay the remaining balance. When I went into the restaurant, the staff was so helpful. Even though my gift card now held no funds, the manager trusted my word when I showed him my mobile transaction and made the pizzas right there, taking my gift card amount off the total. The pizzas were hot and delicious, and ready faster than expected. The staff was pleasant and cheerful, and the restroom was clean. So very impressed when I was honestly expecting them to say they couldn’t help me with a website glitch, and I was out the gift card amount.

We recently ordered lunch for our company, and our experience was fantastic! On Wednesday, we initially contacted the location that delivers to our business, but unfortunately, they weren’t very responsive. We then reached out to the Papa John’s on Simpson Road, where Alisa took our call and prepared our order for Eric, the GM.
On Thursday, I connected with Eric, and I must say, he has an amazing personality! He was eager to help and made sure everything was set for our order on Friday.
When we arrived to pick up our pizzas today, they were ready exactly on time and cooked to perfection.
A big thank you to Eric and his crew for exceeding our expectations.
We will definitely be placing more orders with your location in the future. Highly recommend!
