So disappointed. No restrooms!!! This is absolutely an inhumane practice. After a day of estate sales my sister had to use the restroom and I needed a coffee. They wouldnt allow her to use the restroom even though we were customers… I won’t be visiting this location ever again.

This Starbucks is really an “order and go” place, with an order counter and a drive-through. No in-store seating or restroom.
The Service was friendly and fast. One time we ordered, our “no water” chai was prepared with water. But in a subsequent visit, everything was fine.

No bathroom even for paying customers. The woman working there was rude. Decided to go somewhere else. This location should probably close. Impossible parking and terrible service. Won’t be back

Today have a bad experience The lady who served us was very rude. I asked her why she was so serious and why was she serving us angry? She replied, “That’s the only face she has.” I asked her if she liked her job. She didn’t answer. I think the manager of this company should give them more training in customer service. We really don’t want to go back to this place.

Absolutely love this location and the people who keep it going! They’re a great team that’s always working together and hustling to get the job done. I frequently see the manager walking around the back checking in with employees, making sure things are being done correctly, and assisting with tasks when needed. It’s very impressive to see a team work so well these days. They’re also very friendly with my autistic son, and understanding that he might have outbursts while waiting that he cannot control. As a parent of a neurodivergent child I cannot express how much that can mean and help during a rough time. We are, and will continue to be, back often – thanks!

I’m glad there’s a drive-through Starbucks downtown now, even though the location is a bit strange and a tight squeeze. However, the service here is super friendly, even more so than at the usual Starbucks! Quick service too.

No public restroom even for paying customers. Barista seemed to enjoy saying no public restroom a little too much. Attitude off. Location bare unsure why they don’t just close this off and only run a drive through. They aren’t good for much else. VERY disappointed. I will not be supporting this Location.
