The food is always good, but the drive-through wait times are absurd. Even with only one car ahead, you’re guaranteed at least a 10-minute wait. I’ve been here multiple times, and every visit feels like an eternity in line. Mobile ordering doesn’t help either—they don’t start making your food until you arrive and let them know you’re picking it up. Calling this ‘fast food’ is a joke; I’ve gotten meals quicker at nice sit-down restaurants.

I got a literal COLD double cheeseburger. Could feel the cold of the cheese added. 0 warmth. Swung back around. Big Jamaican man nucked it. Now so hot I cant handle it and its a huge mess in the wrapping. Terrible service. Terrible that you’d even hand someone a COLD burger. Crazy how terrible fast food workers have gotten. Pure laziness.

Very rude and disrespectful towards their customers. I was in 3 months ago and they don’t speak any type of English and the cashier yelled at me because she couldn’t understand what I was saying to her ! And I asked for the manager and sad also he couldn’t speak English either. They have no concept of the situation. And my 2 burgers I ordered wets Raw!

Horrible service, horrible management, horrible ownership. Shameful. Trying to charge me $12 for 3 small tap waters for my kids on a 98 degree day, hid my total and my receipt, took the money for what I thought was just my order plus waters at most I’d expect to pay $1, not charged for 3 large sodas and given 3 small waters… and it’s not like i didn’t order something else either. Rude. Took 10 minutes to get my change, and then I asked for a receipt cause it wasn’t adding up, then took another 15 to 20 for my refund. Horrible service

I’m sorry to say, quite possibly the most poorly managed Burger King in the country. Looks abandoned and shabby with trash flying around on the outside, employees that don’t seem to care at all for the customers and subpar food standards. I WANTED to like this place….but, it’s impossible. Where is the manager and where is the owner??? PLEASE put a little effort into this place, with little care it could be pleasant and successful.

I just doordashed for 3 people and the staff took 45 minutes to get the food out. When the guy handed the good to me, he told me not to tell anyone about their complete lack of urgency. A complete and utter embarrassment.

RODNEY took care of me as the cashier at the register. Rodney is Excellent at his job, knowledgeable of what EFFECTIVE customer service is, shows pride in his job/does it very well and makes the customer (Kyle) feel appreciated for giving this establishment business. RODNEY is a cornerstone to this particular Burger King and DESERVES a RAISE for his top shelf work ethic and unparalleled pride for his job. RODNEY deserves a round of applause. My visit to BK was nothing short of Satisfaction.
– Additionally, the gentleman with the handlebar mustache is excellent as well. I’ve interacted with him on multiple occasions and have never been dissatisfied on any spectrum of customer service.

Not enough care, slightly slower service then you’d expect for a simple order. No one seemed to be checking what they had down or ready to be put out. If you like burger King and don’t mind waiting forever, here you are.
