Amazing experience. Loved every part of being here. The owner took good care of us on valentines day, made sure we were satisfied & our food came out in decent timing. Drinks are amazing, loved the valentines day drinks! Cute bar, too. Crab dip & fried pickles were amazing. Oysters & mussels were great. I love the choices of hot sauce at the bar! Took the wings to-go because we were stuffed, ate them later that night and they were SO good. Their ranch is my new favorite, its not mayo based like most. Would come back, and will be soon!

Went for a business trip to Raleigh and was craving peel and eat shrimp. The atmosphere is not welcoming, the bar stools are uncomfortable, especially if you’re short. There was only one server that did everything, so service was not top notch. But, the shrimp was good and my friend’s clams and oysters were good, so that is what matters most.

One word: DELICIOUS. We were in the mood for some oysters and this place sure hit the mark. We ordered the Saul T’s Steampot (shrimp,clams,crab legs,oysters,corn,slaw) and it was phenomenal. A ton of food for just two people. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely worth the price and highly recommend.

First timer! My friend & I was craving oysters, this place was open later than the other. It’s your upscale hole in the wall type spot. I could tell they get alot regulars, vibes are good, staff was cool. They have a bar with tvs, we ordered 2 drinks & dozen oysters. Drinks were ok, oysters wasn’t the greatest also not the worst

Nice little place. Enjoyed sitting at the bar and having dinner while watching sports. Food & service was great. Can’t beat the $1 oysters on Monday night! My only complaint was the portion size of a side of hush puppies, btw were excellent. At $4.50, I was expecting a basket full, not the 5 or six on plate. Definitely will be back!

Got my food and it was wrong I didn’t customize anything ordered it just how it was on the menu…told the waitress and she took it back, it was still wrong I just had let her keep it after that and had it removed from the bill. Sat there and didn’t eat while everyone else ate. Waitress seemed to be not able to competently do her job. Really unfortunate I had to end up eating McDonald’s.

Stopped here after being downtown seeing Christmas lights as my friends teenage daughter loves crab legs and I saw they had them $5 off per lb on Thursdays so figured it would be a nice place to try out. They were not busy which was nice, service was good and water was refilled promptly as well. I did order a margarita it was pricey at 13.50 and not that great or strong FYI. My friend and her daughter got the calamari and enjoyed it and I got the scallops appetizer and they were 4 large sized ones and very good. My friend got the lobster roll and her daughter crab legs which she enjoyed just said they were a little salty. The lobster roll was cold which she didn’t realize she expected warm and lobster meat this was more of a lobster salad and it wasn’t large, she loved the slaw and took the roll home to heat up and eat later along with the potatoes as they were soft and she said the air fryer will crisp them up… I ordered the shrimp nachos which were good and loaded with shrimp (also salty) the queso sauce was good as well this chips were just ok a little stale…. Overall was an OK experience seafood is always pricey tho, we can say we tried it now. I’ve been to the one at Carolina Beach a couple times didn’t realize Raleigh had one til I googled crab legs for my friends daughter. So good to know!!

Dinner date with my son! He picked the place, his food was great, but my crab cake sandwich wasn’t. It was more breadcrumbs, then crabmeat. I didn’t enjoy it. The salad was good. The drinks were great.

To arrive at an establishment and hour and a half before closing to be rushed was a little disappointing.
My party sat at a table to realize that the bartender was the only person waiting. To accommodate the bartender my party moved to the bar.
We ordered the Cappy Roast and 1 lb of crab legs which are 5 dollars off on Thursday. When food arrived there were no crab legs and it was not mentioned that they were forgotten. Although two other parties received their order of crab legs .
The raw oysters were the best item on the plate. The steamed oysters were steamed a little long. The shrimp were over cooked and I could not taste the seasoning ( lemon pepper /old bay). The hush puppies flavor profile were decent but a little crispy.
The draft beers also started being capped at 9 o’clock even though online it says they close at 10.
The bathroom was clean and well stocked.

Love the oysters raw and grilled. Ahi Mah was delicious blackened and raw with sauce made it taste delicious.
