I met the Owner Sam, and this a family owned brother and sister operated establishment. The owner was very helpful, guinine, and passionate person.
The Italian Ice flavored were some of the most intising and colorful.
I appreciate the service I received from this entrepreneurial owner.

I had such an amazing experience at Rita’s! The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I tried what you see in the picture, and it was absolutely delicious rich, refreshing, and full of flavor.

My first time visiting this Rita’s. I believe that now it is my favorite. When we first walked in all the girls behind the counter was so sweet they were young but I love to see that they are working towards their goals. I tasted a few different Italian I’ve flavors and elected to go with a gelati which consists of the first layer of custard next a layer of Italian ice and then topped with custard again. The custard flavors are chic vanilla swirl or chocolate or vanilla. You can get it in a regular cup or in a waffle bowl or cone. They also have regular ice cream in a bunch of flavors. They have a seating area outside to enjoy on a sunny day as well.

We’ve been coming here for years. Our favorite is the mango gelati. The staff here are always very attentive and kind. They have a bunch of great flavors but in my opinion you can’t beat mango with vanilla custard. The inside is small and they only have a couple tables. Outside, there are a few benches. I usually see people walking the park with their Rita’s. Get their app to earn rewards!

This Rita’s has a new owner and she is so nice! This place is still the same even with new beautiful faces working there. I went in yesterday around 7pm thinking I would be good and get myself a large cup, grab my husband one and a quart BUT someone tempted me! Lol! For some who may not know if you get 3 quarts they are all $15. As you can tell by my pictures I do this often. Lol! I’ve been coming here for years and I made so many memories and looking forward to making more here. It’s also nice to know they still have someone from the old staff working there even though me and her never saw each other before! Lol! But also some of the old crew come back to work over the summer! They also brought tasting back! And remember to get a treat for your fur baby! Come to Rita’s in Suwanee!!!!

Most amazing place EVER! The owner is really nice and very responsive. He definitely remembers his customers and doesn’t mind you requesting a flavor you want. The staff is new but they are nice. They have Gelato and cookies now! It’s great for family or even for a date night. Sometimes they do things for schools which shows this place is really with the community. When COVID-19 hit and the store was close they set up stands in neighborhoods where people can still get their italian ice. Seriously give this place a try. I come on a hard day and even when I am having a great day. You will not regret this. I don’t over exaggerate. Lol. You will love this place. Oh yeah! They have a little something for your fur babies!My dog LOVES their vanilla custard. It totally safe for your dog to eat. Stop by now! They open at 12 but make sure you follow them on FB rarely the open times changes.

I asked for the take home sandwiches and they said they will give me the one with chocolate chips (like the ones on the TV screen) and twice I got the cookie sandwich with no chocolate chips 🙁 like God forbid a girl wants to fulfill her cravings and it takes three trips

This Rita’s holds a special place in my heart. For the last few years I was going there every chance I got, always got the same thing, Cake Cone Chocolate, and it was always great.
Everyone here was so nice, and it had a great atmosphere, and I got along well with just about everyone. I’ve recently moved, and Rita’s are hard to get to where I am now, but even when I am able to find one, it simply won’t be the same, as what makes this Rita’s Special is the people.
The ice cream is great, and the people are even better, and the only reason I’m not rating this place any higher is because the stars only go up to 5. Miss you guys; hope you’re doing great.

This is one of the busiest Rita’s that I have been to. And they did a great job moving everyone through the line. The staff was friendly and efficient.
And it’s a great location in the Suwanee Town Center. A perfect way to spend a summer evening with the family.

Went in for a quick Italian ice and a group of women cut me in line. I think the man behind the counter noticed and came to serve me first while they looked at the options. That was nice, service is 10/10 and ice is good!!

If you would have asked me a month ago, I would have gladly gave this place five stars. I have never had a bad experience at Rita’s until this past month.
The owner is a very nice man,I talked to him and his wife and we joke around. But that daughter is all have to say.
Every time I go to Rita’s I always get the same thing with the four different flavors but now the last two Saturdays I’ve gone it’s always a big issue with her.
Today she was trying to force me to get Quarts,that’s not what I get. So they refuse to sell me what I asked for.Then I asked to speak to her and one of her coworker’s come and say she just left which I know was a lie.
So if I ever do return it will only be when the owner is there and that’s a BIG if..
