I have tried this location five times since I moved to the area in April. I have yet to have a positive experience.
The food quality keeps diminishing along with the portions. The staff are rude and act like you’re an inconvenience to wait on.
I waited to write this review and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that everyone has off nights. Turns out this location just doesn’t want my business. If I was the owner or investor I would clean house with the staff. I will wait until the Chipotle opens up.

The cashier is either a thief or extremely dumb I asked for extra chicken she charged me 7dollars and some change because she said she had to charge me triple other employees tried to explain she was wrong and she did not want to understand extremely rude and dismissive for any place that was pathetic do better.
Update I called and spoke to the manager and he dismissed me completely was very vulgar and rude and said I needed to prove it so he would give me 3 dollars back I told him that wasn’t worth my gas and I didn’t even want anything just to let him know the service was terrible he got disrespectful and hung up

Never have I been more let down by a Qdoba in 8 years of eating at this chain. I have a laundry list of things that were displeasing, disheartening and a straight up disappointment. One of the larger issues with this location is the attitude and service from all of the employees. The fact this location has survived this long is astounding to me. I just don’t know how someone can make up for the pitiful excuse of a Qdoba this location was. If anyone values themselves and the food they put in their body, stay away from this place.

Still a huge let down, extremely under portioned food and horrible service. I feel bad for all of the people wasting their money here trying it out for the first time!

I ordered on the Qdoba app and sat in front of the front door in my car for 30 minutes and had to call twice to remind them I was still waiting for them to bring out my order! I’m still waiting while typing this review after making the 2nd call and being told it will be brought out to me. Very poor service! What a shame, I love Qdoba, but this location is very much lacking! And the dining area is completely empty!

Qdoba sent a promotion to my phone. I decided to stop by to take advantage of this one day only promo. I asked the server if my order qualified and was told yes. The manager told me while I was checking out that I would have to pay extra for the promo item. It did not matter to him that his server thought that it was free and that it appeared to be free based upon the advertisement. He chose to set the side out of a side since I was not willing to pay extra for it. The manager does not understand Customer Service.
