This location is under new management and what a world of difference it makes! Today we went and met the new manager, Lea. She is doing a fantastic job. The customer service was great, the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was delicious. Of course, anytime we see Tony, the assistant manager, in the kitchen we know our food will be delicious and made just how we like it. Thank you so much for the great experience today. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Food was fantastic!!! I tried the spicy turkey melt with avocado and spinich. This sandwich is definitely worth a try. The flavors are bold. I added jalapeños. If I’d definitely a large sandwich and could be shared easily with a friend. Definitely give it a try if you like turkey and want a little kick. Cheers!

They refused to take my order at the window!!! Went to Chesterfields which has better potatoes anyways and they came out to my vehicle and took my order with great customer service!!! Still No one from McAlister’s has reached out to me after requesting to speak to the area manager!!!

I got the New Yorker and a side of fruit. God portion size. It tasted okay, nothing spectacular by any means. Taste like a restaurant version of Arby’s.

Place was dead, Saturday night. Took a long time to get the food and the sandwich was thrown together (to give them credit, there was a lot of meat). Tons of servers but I guess only one cook. Place just didn’t give off a friendly vibe.

This is probably the worst McAlister’s I’ve ever went to. Sat at the window with a Mobil order for 20 minutes and had to go inside to actually be able to talk to someone. When I got inside to talk to someone the women at the counter smirked and laughed at me when I said I’ve been sitting at y’all’s window for 20 minutes and I showed up at the time I had set for pick up. When I finally got my food it was a nasty and warm club sandwich it’s supposed to have cold meats but if it’s sitting on the counter for half an hour it’s gonna be soggy, hot, and nasty. I sent a complaint through the mobile app and they sent me an email back and say hey here 1500 points you can spend in our app and the code doesn’t even work, what a joke. A company that doesn’t care about its customers and will keep their rude employees that laugh in your face for not doing they job. This is embarrassing and your company is a complete joke. McDonald’s has better service than this location.

As noted the food was great! There was one young lady working that was working circles around everyone else and had it not been for her we would have left. The girl that took my order keep asking me what I was saying and I kept thinking, if you would take that airpod out of your ear you could hear everything I am saying . That irritates the snot out of me.

We usually come on some Sunday night with our church group of 20+ people. The first thing I noticed is that the workers were just standing around talking with only two customers at the time, floors were dirty that looked liked they have not been swept in hours, the tables were not wiped down, and the napkin holders have no napkins and they have dust on it as well. I’m sorry but our church will not be coming back. Thank you. I hope this will be resolved.

Out to lunch with my daughter..I had the turkey jalepeno crunch sandwich with a Savannah chopped salad, it was so delicious. My daughter had the french dip and it was also very good, you can never go wrong at Mcallisters, I’ve never had a bad meal at any of their locations. One of my favorites.

I love to eat at McAlister. But if you are carrying out A order. Please and I do mean please double check your order before leaving. They are ALWAYS leaving out something in the order. Butter, dressing, utensils,sour cream, pickles meat or the whole dang on sandwich. The responds is always I’m so sorry
