We don’t eat fast food very often, but today, we needed a break from cooking. We purchased the 8 piece meal with potatoes and gravy and coleslaw with biscuits. The counter person was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious as usual.

Every time I’ve ordered from here food it sucks. Which is why im always hesitant to go to kfc in general. Got 12 pcs chicken wings n wedges n the wings absolutely sucked. Old food just refried . Rarely is anything made fresh at least whenever I order from here. If u want kfc go to any other kfc this Woodburn establishment is not good.

We went to KFC while there were still 30 minutes left before closing, but no one opened the door. The staff saw us and watched, yet no one responded. We tried contacting them and even waved from behind the glass, but we still received no response

Went to pick up my food the the lady and girl that handed out my food in the window were rude they also forgot my fries and I asked them that I was missing them they gave me a serious face okay here and then other things I asked and they were not friendly at all when I got home my fries were all cold I had a couple of them my chicken sandwich was not spicy gave me the wrong one was very dissatisfied I usually come to this location and today was not a good day probably won’t be coming back

Stopped in for lunch, going through the drive through. No problems ordering and the wait was average. While the food was warm, it was not fresh. The fries were only half full and had a crunch to them more like chips. The chicken looked like it had been sitting in the box for an extended time and was soaked with either oil or condensation. The breading was the consistency of paste and stuck to everything. No crispness at all.
On top of all this, I was shocked that a small lunch was $14! It ended up being so unappetizing that I threw it away and went somewhere else which only made the $14 price sting more. A much better lunch cost almost half as much.

Got stuck in construction as we were headed to get KFC. Called the store, and Edgar said ‘no problem’. We showed up at 2 minutes after closing. Edgar met is at drive thru and was just kind and showed awesome courtesy! Great customer service! Thank you KFC and especially Edgar!
