I got the edible cookie dough. It was ok, but honestly nothing extremely special about it. The prices are pretty expensive which strayed me away from anything more. The family of 6 ahead of me spent $100 something. Take that as you will. The atmosphere was good though and employees were nice. Food was made quickly.

Amazing ice cream and milkshakes. We’re thoroughly stuffed and debating food comas now. I loved all the little details, like the mini cookies on the side of the milk & cookies milkshake, the layer of cookie dough in my Chocolate Chip Combo. SO good. If there was one of these in my town, I’d be 20 lbs heavier but 20x happier Thank you guys for dealing with our big group & happy birthday singing!

Pay $19 for something that looked nothing like the picture. Two small cupcakes that were the size of a quarter and the icing was horrible. Even when independently owned, they should still be responsible to uphold franchise quality

It’s very popular!!!! It will take a bit to make so prepare to wait. It’s also pricey so prepare to pay. It’s very sweet to bring water!

That said, you’ll be treated to sugar decadence where it’s oozing syrup and whipped cream. They’ll create whatever you want…for a price. Staff very friendly and busy!

Try it.

Donut order the donut ice cream with the donut on it. Ours needed an axe from the lumberjack show to cut through it. This thing was more solid than some of my family members

Their milkshakes will definitely be bringing us back to the yard!!
If you like sweets, you’re definitely going to want to stop by this place!! Everything we ordered tasted amazing and you are even offered the mason jar to take home as a souvenir. They have a little station where you can clean your mason jars and bags available for you to take it home in. Our dessert actually ended up being a bit too much for us and we were unable to finish, which definitely isn’t a bad thing. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we will be returning!

Building had cute decor. Staff was helpful and friendly. Place was small, but quaint. Ice cream was huge. Seems pricey until you see how big the order is. I had an actual slice of cheesecake in mine; the cheesecake was not good at all, but the ice cream was delicious! Lots and LOTS of whipped cream. Definitely do not order unless you are very hungry and have a huge sweet tooth. I didn’t notice until after I had ordered and paid, but they do have a freezer of ice cream already made up in their mason jars. Had I known, I would have just gotten one “fancy” milkshake, with all the frills, for my son (we were celebrating his 14th birthday) and just gotten the premade ice cream jars for the rest of us

A fun and delicious dessert for a vacation treat! The service was great and the shakes came out amazing!! I got the unicorn (cotton candy flavored) and it was my favorite out of the 4. I got the shake, but if I ordered it again, I would get the scooped ice cream for a stronger flavor, but the shakes are still delicious! The cheesecake and brownie were really good also!

First time in Pigeon Forge or ANYWHERE for that matter and going to the Milkshake Yard was a MUST for us. Absolutely couldn’t wait. Paid $100 for fancy Milkshakes . But the problem was, the teenage girls who are working there, seriously need to be fired or have someone older to help manage that place better. I have a medical condition that’s called bells Palsy which is where half of my face is paralyzed.. Those teen girls kept giving us hateful looks and I sure don’t appreciate that after how far we traveled and how much money we spent there and even though they gave us snarky looks, we still remained KIND to them. But we WONT go there again. Also a group of old ladies, Im not sure if they were locals but kind of acted like they knew the place well so I may just be assuming but they were sitting at a table staring at us for 10 min because I took a picture of the ((((YARD SIGN))) on the wall and I just felt completely embarrassed and felt uncomfortable . I don’t understand how this hateful ice cream place is even still in business. Also, the donut on the coffee milkshake was stale, tasted like it was a week old. Ice cream itself is watery. $20 each for watery stale shakes. Looks pretty, but didn’t taste how it looked. They are definitely fooling a lot of people. Wouldn’t recommend
